Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

When the heck is TG II coming out ? Seems like it keeps getting delayed. Time for Maverick to buzz a tower or two, isn't it ?
Nov. 19
It’s the only movie I want to see in the theater this year.
Went to a Blue Angels air show at the beach and it was awesome. Spectacular visibility better than at Dobbins. Got me looking forward to the movie but cannot get into beach volleyball on tv during these Olympics.
Thought the music in the original tracked the action and story well
Saturday Night Fever
The Good, The Bad, & The U g l y
Last picture show if your a fan of Hank Williams.
The Border, Ry Cooder soundtrack.
Halloween (not a horror movie fan though) has a phenomenal soundtrack!
1978 or 2018?
Hmm, on that note. I Know What You Did Last Summer actually had a great soundtrack. A bunch of late 90s stuff.
Also S natch. Garden State. A Star Was Born.
Go.
Great soundtrack. Neat movie too, featured a bunch of young actors just before they hit it big.
Honestly, there are a ton of 90s flicks that went very heavy on the music budget.
Footloose , the original.
Oh brother where art thou
Been meanin' to get to this thread...but been busy:(
This one's almost as hard as christopher's 'Best Movie' thread...but I'll give it a go. It's a tie. Funny...one of these made christopher's list from me as well. Never thought about it....but perhaps the Soundtrack has always played a big role in my draw to that movie...the mysteries of art ?????:)
p.s. Ya know, I truly appreciate these Soundtracks....but perty sure they date me:) In evidence, years ago I created an Itunes Playlist called 'AdventureDark'...and I still listen to it...often. If ur interested, PM me and I'll send u the Playlist...Oh wait...I think u can figure it out:)
Joining the thread a little late so I did a scan to see if there was anything I didn't see yet.
Purple Rain by Prince is one of the best ever. I didn't appreciate him until later in life as I was more of a headbanger, but he put so much effort and thought and genius into everything he did.
Trainspotting was inseparable from the music for me.
And, Mark Mothersbaugh (from Devo) has had a hand in most of Wes Andersons movie soundtracks like Life Aquatic and Rushmore and it mixes his originals with classics that fit in perfectly.
And I know Singles has already been said, but it came out the year I graduated and will always be tied to that time in my life. Basically a movie that was written around the soundtrack. Brilliant.
