Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

3 years Varsity.....Baseball
Age 52
In JR high I was a OT. In High School I was a WR and Kicker. Played a couple games at ILB when we had some injuries. In college I played Intramurals, but it was contact flag football, meaning you could block with your hands. Played QB for the fraternity team. In the Marines, again with flag football I was always our squardon's QB...until we got a guy named Jeff Speedy in the unit. He was Kentucky's QB for a couple of years in the 90's. We won the base championship with him. He was the best athlete I've ever played with. Freak of nature.
My dad is from Minneapolis St. Paul
I was thinkin Orson Charles
not too many former NG out there playing soccer. Awesome.
2 year starter at Center.
Guard and Tackle.
Guarded the water bucket and tackled anyone close to it!!! ;/
Ok ok...lol thats old I know. I was RB and Corner
Center Field. Never fell in love with football until it was too late to play.
Midfielder.
I did kick in HS, but it wasn't in the cards for college.
I went to Columbus High as a freshman and knew frank Thomas for a few years
I played against Ray Goff, William Andrews and Stan Rome
Army in Vietnam.
I loved William Andrews.
What used to be called middle linebacker, now the mike or ILB. Good at football, smart enough for books but slept thru classes, ended up joining the army. Partied more there than any highschooler ever dreamed
Was a stud for sure, ran over me a few times
Stole my thunder. Though, I played end, guard, and tackle.
I was heavy but not really big enough for my position in football -- had the heart but got too beat up. Lost weight playing soccer in my freshman year--worked out great.
Played LT 24 yrs ago. I still dream of pulling around on that counter trey play & drilling that LB in the ear hole.
Nose guard. Was a beast in the weight room and blew out a knee there. Happened the summer before my junior year and that was all she wrote.
Ran XC
One year of Free Safety. I was awful
Center Half on the soccer squad
Singles Tennis
But my best work was as Drunkest Tailgater
