Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Dan Mullen forgot his meds
Y’all see that man spend 10 minutes talking about ropes in the press conference after he lost to us? What a lunatic lol you love to see it
Comments
He's gone from thumb wrestling champ to tug of war.
You just can't make this c.rap up.
A lot of genius types can't focus.
I think Mullen will be fired after this season. I wish him well and have no interest in kicking the man while he's down.
Me neither but I kind of enjoy watching him squirm a bit.....
That's what I tell my wife. In reality, I am just not listening to what she says.
Too funny! and relatable!
In my dealings with geniuses, I see them as focusing too much on just one thing to the exclusion of much/most of everything else that "normal" people value. These are the views of a definite non-genius. I could not use the term "normal" to describe myself.
The only MENSA member I know of who was a head football coach at a major power is Tom Herman, who just got fired from Texas after last season. Belichick and Saban probably qualify as football geniuses, but I doubt either has the kind of brain to solve the problems with cold fusion.
How confident are you that he is going to be fired?
12.5 Million reasons to leave him as HC
5 Top programs (possibly) are looking to make sweeping changes, I believe FLLLLuridah is a top tier program and should be coveted by many, but would YOU take that job over LSU, PSU or USC?
The idea of rebuilding the program with talent, makes it less desirable to me and facing CKS and Stoops every year and then you have LSU with the shoe!
I don't want to kick him while he is down, but he isn't on the mat yet, so there is some leeway!
I think it's north of 50% .
If SC can afford to pay Muschamp 13 million ( or was it more ?) UF can afford to write off a few million. UF also has more incentive than SC because their ceiling is multiple national titles.
If you were Strickland s boss, how would feel about the raise he gave MuLLLLen last year?
I like this kind of topic, A LOT!
I am 50 %, maybe 60 %, but knowing SS does NOT like to make sweeping changes, I think in reality, it is below 50%
Totally agree with the USCjr analogy, but regrettably Muschamp was in bad shape and needed to go, he wasn't the reason for their losses, but he wasn't the reason for the turn around!
What makes me happy, is that he still has a shot at keeping his job! I have loved every second of UTjr flying off the rails and the amber glow from up north. Now that is a worthy dumpster fire!
I am not pushing for theses programs to crash and burn, the SEC East, to your point, below us, is really a bad showing! But to see the back lash of his arrogance "The MuLLLLLet syndrome", come swopping down on him, is like Napalm in the Morning! Smells like VICTORY!
Or the raise he gave the abusive women's basketball coach?
You just pointed out why Forida is in such a tough spot. South Carolina just wrote a check because their program is dedicated to football success, top to bottom. Recent history says Florida is not. The only cause for concern out there would be, if the AD and coach from Penn State as a package with the mandate to do whatever it takes. Even at that, they have a lot to overcome moving forward.
It goes higher than the AD. The president is fine with average to good football results as long as academics stays strong. Don’t look for any major changes barring some kind of epic meltdown down the stretch.
Grantham will be relieved of his duties. Maybe an offensive coach or two gets reassigned or relieved of duties.
