Woodstock 99....another good Netflix show
Just started watching the 3-part documentary about Woodstock 1999 on Nexflix. What a s#itshow! Total chaos. I remember it happening back then and knew it was a mess....but man was it out of control. Worth watching for sure. Be ware....it's not for the faint of heart. It's basically uncut with lots of nudity. It's mostly crazy-funny stuff, but it also shows a lot of depravity. Almost like a street-riot with a concert in the background.

I like it but prefer the HBO doc that came out last summer.
HBO decided to self-immolate for some reason. They basically won the streaming wars and decided to just commit seppuku for no reason
I;m not shouting at clouds, but, please, give me the original Woodstock. Please.
Woodstock 94 had my favorite music. All of them were shameless money grabs by boomers looking to take advantage. 99 was just the worst and people fought back.
Now where's my dictionary?
They decided to set themselves on fire and slice their abdomen open
That is one of the angles of the documentary....comparing it to the original. I did not know it but the guy who organized the original was the guy who organized the one in 1999. They spend a lot of time discussing the differences of both the music and the culture. It will probably disgust you the way people acted...but it should have been expected when the main acts are Korn, Limp Bizkit, Kid Rock, and Chilli Peppers.
Thanks. I guess.
would it have been more or less difficult if they had reversed the order?
