Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

Great recommendation. I was a little late to The White Lotus bandwagon myself and caught up with seasons one and two just about the time the season two finale dropped. Loved everything about the first season, but the second season just made me sad. However, I guess you could say that just means they did their job with those storylines.
I just finished the series.....dang it's only 5 episodes....anyway, finally an expert cracks on camera in episode 5 and can't control herself. Philomena doesn't break character and gets her back on track. No spoilers but it's awesome.
What is the Soviet Onion? How come you know so much about vegetables? 😂
Prior to Monty Python Cleese and Chapman were mates in school and started a pre-cursor to Python. They did a University Challenge skit where the answer to each question was "Pork", except the last question, which completely befuddles the student. It's fall out of the seat funny. Wish I could find it.
This one?
Yes, that's it! Love it.
Mitchell & Webb had a great comedy show. This is typical British humor.

”I hate Impractical Jokers for that reason.”
Could not agree with this more!….have never been a fan of “ambush humor”
I watched a couple episodes last night. Thought it was pretty funny overall. Seems like there’s multiple layers of comedy beneath the surface which I enjoy
I'm probably going to watch the whole thing again because there is so much going on I think I missed a lot. So many great one-liners.
I watched all 5 episodes last night. I thought it was very funny, if not a weee bit blasphemous. In the current state of "Presentism", they skipped the 400 years bit prior to 1099 and the Crusades, but hey it's a mockumentary so accuracy is not the main theme.
Totally blasphemous! One of my favorie parts was when she was discussing Manifest Destiny, and about how people felt God wanted settlers to move west, but then they encountered disease, death, and famine....as if God didn't want them to do that afterall.
... or how about the interview with the Roman history professor!? Ms. Cunk goes through her list of inventions and completely stumps him on one item that he supposedly had never heard of. I was rolling. 😂
Last night I watched "Cunk On Britain" and "Cunk On Shakespeare", both were very funny.
