Kingdom on Netflix....zombies with a twist!
Watch Kingdom | Netflix Official Site
I'm liking this one so far. I love zombie shows, but this one is a little different. No spoilers, but it's from Korea and set in ancient times (they don't tell you, but it's historic times). It's like Shogun meets 28 Days Later (I know some of y'all remember the Shogun TV series back in the day). It has the typical Korean-style overacting, but it's definitely worth watching. Almost finished season 1.
By the way, if you aren't familiar with 28 Days Later, it's probably the best zombie movie ever. The only one that actually freaked me out.

Hey, your last recommendation was good so I’ll give this a shot, too.
Since you like zombie type stuff, are you watching The Last of Us?
I'm not into Zombies in any way - but thanks for the tip on Clunk on Earth. That just kills me.
I watched the first episode and didn't like it. But someone told me the first episode is the worst, so I'll give it another try.
Another one I just finished was Sweet Home. It's another Korean zombie movie....again with a twist. You don't turn into zombies, you turn into these disgusting random monsters. It's very strange and kind of hard to follow. Some of the special effects look like claymation. Totally weird, but worth it if you like zombie stuff.
I would agree with that statement. Episode 3-4 was amazing.
haven't watched it yet, but everyone I know is saying it's one of the best shows they've watched. Not just zombie show but best show.
It’s very good. I’m not gonna call it best show, but much better than walking dead.
I gave up on WD after the s.tupid "whisperers". Those were some dumb bad guys.
I thought the first season was boring. Never picked it back up.
Yeah, the first episode was nothing special, pretty much how every zombie movie/show starts. But they’ve been on a roll these last few episode- incredible storytelling.
I wouldn’t stop at 4, I think episode 5 was the second best so far only behind 3.
Me and the wife haven’t watched 5 yet.
Man, season 2 of Kingdom is awesome! Hyper-aggressive zombies, palace intrigue, martial arts sword fights, plot twists....really enjoying this show.
