I NEVER comment, but this formulaic method by Griffin has gotten beyond tiresome.
A) report on something new
B) add in irrelevant details about something controversial, making sure we don’t forget someone did/said something bad - even if they are not related stores at all and-or if it was relatively minor
C) add a bunch of random social media commentary to fill space
walk away to write another combo “fluff + hit piece”
i don’t want or ask for a homer reporter - but you’ve got to a) break this atrocious and lazy cycle and b) occasionally spell check.

He's tailor-made for the Enquirer. More of a troll/hack with a chip on his shoulder than an actual journalist.

Mike's problem, if we can call it that, is he writes every story on this forum as if it were to be published in a major newspaper to be read by hundreds or even thousands of first time uninformed readers. But in reality it's just the same guys(perhaps a few gals too) who come here day after day for their all things Dawgs fix. THere simply isn't a vast new audience here on the forum on a daily basis that would require a constant reference to something that all but a minute few are aware of and therefore no need for Mike to regurgitate it, unless he over-estimates new viewership or he is in fact getting paid by the amount of comments we make, whether good or bad.

@reddawg1 - Your anti-MG bias is showing, because Connor does the same thing often. In fact, it has been complained about - his copying and pasting from old articles onto new articles stuff we already know just to fill out the article. But like you said, we are here often and we don't need the review. Guess you haven't been here long enough to see that other staff do it as well. Or was this just another opportunity to poke MG?
