A FREAKING TRIPLE PLAY!!!!!!
GO BRAVES!!!!
That game was a stinker though. Strider bringing the juice tonight. And, why has Vaughn Grissom not learned how to play left field?
@BEACHDAWG Yeah, they really do need to come back to life. Been pretty bad since returning from the All-star break.
this is just one of those "spells" that Snit talks about. Even with the blahs, they have maintained a nice lead in the division.
I thought we had a comfortable lead scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the seventh to take a 10-4 lead. I thought wrong. In comes Heller. Walk, single, home run. And another Walk. What's with this guy?
Pitching change. Yates. Thank God. Puts out the fire and induces two ground outs. 10-7 bottom of the eighth.
I always get nervous when we go to the pen. We are way too inconsistent for me.
Hope that gets better soon. Can't always score 10.
GO BRAVES!!! They got the “W”!!!!
THANK GOODNESS!!!
GO BRAVES!!!
Twenty-one runs in the last two games with 7 hr's. Six runs in the first inning. Maybe the Braves have returned to that hr-hitting juggernaut they displayed before the All-Star break.
Starting to get that feeling of pre-all-star game Bravos. The whole line-up hit yesterday and we got some good starting pitching. Bullpen still scares me.
GO BRAVES!!!
What a series to remember. Swept the Brewers. Twenty-nine runs scored with eleven home runs. So many positives from this game. Too many to count:
Olson 2 hr's and 5 rbi's. He's on pace to hit 50 hr's and have 130 rbi's for the season.
Ozuna another hr. That's four in the series. He's getting hot at just the right time.
Braves made the most of their hits today, Eight runs scored on just nine hits. Just one man LOB.
Three of the four hr's were over 400 feet including a 463-foot blast from Riley. No gimmies from this Braves team.
It is good to see them playing well against one of the top teams...perhaps that little blip over the past 2 weeks is over.
WOW!!!
GO BRAVES!!!
GO BRAVES!!!
Why waste an out with hitter who is hot? I'd rather just wait until someone in the lineup hits one out. It wouldn't be too long of a wait.
