Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Top 5 funniest movies
What are your top 5 funniest movies? Give me 4 good ones, and one that is kind of out there. Here's mine:
- Monty Pythion and the Holy Grail. I have this movie memorized. Probably the most quoted movie of all time. "It's just a flesh wound", "She turned me into a newt!", "Neee!"
- Blazing Saddles. Another movie I have memorized. The campfire scene was revolutionary!
- Airplane. Completely changed the comedy genre. Another highly quoted movie.
- Caddyshack. Come on, everyone loves Caddyshack. Ted Knight is the real star of the movie.
- This one is not necessarily a fan favorite, but my kids and I love it.....Nacho Libre. I can't put my finger on it, but it cracks me up. "Ramses....he's a real do.uche". Kind of in the vein of Napoleon Dynamite.

Something about Mary
Animal House
Hollywood Knights
Great Outdoors
Vacation
RV
Wedding Crashers
Tropic Thunder
South Park-Bigger Longer Uncut
Zoolander
Dazed & Confused
That's a good list.
The Other Guys is definitely underrated.
Young Frankenstein (my #1 and it's not close)
No Time For Sergeants (corny but one I quote a lot with my dad and he always laughs)
Dumb and Dumber (turbolax scene alone)
Austin Powers (just the first one)
Easy Money (Rodney and Pesci at their best)
No Time for Sergeants was great my Dad enjoys that one too.
You can see some of the comedy gold that would come later on the Andy Griffith show.
Gone Fishin
RV
Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle (Hate Jack Black in movies but he was awesome)
The Hangover, the first one
Vacation
I'll add
Spinal Tap
Life of Brian
Anchorman
Naked Gun.
Had a similar list but had "Love Story," (probably before you time) instead of red October. Keep up the good work young man. The Ali McGraw 1970 version. That movie would put your girlfriend in her feelings lol.
Yikes. Requiem for a Dream ruined several weeks for me. Incredibly disturbing movie, and my dad made me watch it with him as some sort of lesson on addiction. Nothing like watching a "double header" scene with one of your parents.
I am still scarred.
