Brilliant move by CKS. UGA struggled last year to beat AU. CKS knew an undisciplined AU squad would start chirping as soon as this was announced. Now AU has UGA's attention and UGA enters the game with plenty of bulletin board material.

Seriously. Homecoming is always in early October….the game before is away (Bama), so that's out….the only other option would be MissSt on the 12th, because the following weekend is in Austin.

I don't understand how or why Auburn is "disrespected" because we didn't make MissSt our Homecoming opponent.

Auburn players need to do all their talking leading up to the game. After the game, their locker room and the bus trip back to the Barn will be stone cold silence!

Since the dawn of college football a home team has always picked a homecoming opponent they have a good chance to whip on the field. All Auburn has to do is to come to Georgia and do something they have not done since 2005 and that is to win at Georgia. Don't fake outrage. Just win Aubie. lol.

if Auburn weren’t whiny babies this game would still be in November. So if they want to be mad about it, be mad at yourself.

Excellent point. They whine until they get their way, and then they whine about that.

The Auburn folks better be careful. Our guys might go get the car keys.

That is what they get for insisting that we move them up on our schedule. No disrespect. Auburn should have a decent team this year. Most teams schedule a probable win for homecoming. Hopefully we'll make it 9-1.
