Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

GO DAWGS!!! FOREVER!!!
Kudos for an outstanding first year coach Johnson. The program appears to be in great hands. One game, one outstanding catch away from making it to the CWS. I'm OK with saying "Wait until next year".
Great year after a down year. Condon just struggled in some big situations in the tournament. From what I've seen of him he may be more of a Richie Sexson type hitter at MLB level. Not a bad career, but not a superstar. Hopefully he can make some adjustments.
Agreed. I just want UGA to have a top flight BB team and compete for championships.
If Vandy, Tennessee, and others can we surely can. The state is absolutely loaded with talent.
What is your opinion of our facilities and the impact they have on recruiting? Does UGA need to spend money for an upgrade to be more competitive? If so, will it be done?
Not tuned in enough to properly answer this. Perhaps they do need to invest more.
Me. neither, I've just heard and read it several times over the years. However, I know that sometimes becomes a populist opinion because the fans themselves want better facilities. I remember the field back in 1990, so seeing it now is still such an improvement. Hard to believe it's been that long since our CWS win. The campus infill location of the field is a challenge to expansion already, though and it butts right up to 6 private lots and the tennis complex in the outfield. I wonder if moving to a different part of campus has ever been discussed.
I'll answer it this way, Kirby came, Kirby saw, and the baseball facilities will undergo dramatic improvements. As cigar said, it will be so.
