Well, I'll believe it when I see it about Ratledge and when he MIGHT return to action. I think being back in football shape and close to 100% by the FL game is optimistic. Remember, after tightrope surgery Bowers was never close to the same explosive guy he was before the injury and coming back too early cost him the rest of the year.
Agree with your assessment ….. Ratledge being more like Mimms in body type will probably take a little longer than expected. Do hope we see him soon though, as he adds such huge (pun intended) depth to our O-Line!
Great news about Beck, however!
Go Dawgs!
I believe that Florida is very doable for Tate…..he'll be pressing for Texas….no matter what, he'll be keeping the fire stoked on the sideline until he returns! DGD!
I'd like more details about Beck's injury? Smart said that he "practiced both days" but just how much? Can he make ALL his normal throws, including deep passes? And what is the prognosis if he happens to get hit on that shoulder? And how and when did the injury occur? Did it happen on that run at the end of the Kentucky game, or was it already hurt and that run just made it worse?
read it was his non-throwing shoulder
We lose at least one or more major players to some kind of serious injury every time we play at Kentucky.
Is TightRope with a capital T & capital R an extra special tightrope surgery reserved only for Georgia athletes?
