Offensive line—-D—other than the very last part of the game, did anyone see a run of more than 4 yards? Defensive line—D—no pressure on the QB, no sacks, a total inability to shakeup a third string QB from Yale. Jalon Walker has a tendency to disappear in games. I'm not sure I ever heard his name called during the broadcast. How about a new grade category added to the list—the "give a crap if we win" category. From watching this edition of Georgia football, I think they have loads of talent, but a really hard time of getting motivated.

Coaching - F. I've been here a long time, I'm sick and tired of hearing how great Beck is, you can't spot good teams a half of football and expect to win games, much less championships. Grow a set and do your **** job. Put Beck on the sidelines for a half and give him another chance, if that doesn't work bench him for another four star and give them a chance.

    Why wasn't coaching mentioned????

Agree the o-line has played well below its potential. That's a position I was super excited about at the beginning of the season because of it's talent/depth, and because it's arguably the position that most impacts ballgames. Kirby has complained that Frazier needs to stick with the vertical plays called, yet doing so sometimes looks like suicide. In fact, I'd say many of the inside yards by Etienne, Frazier and Jones have been after contact before or at the line of scrimmage, and due primarily to the sheer will of those RBs (versus physicality of the o-line). Go Dawgs!

I suppose the grades are pretty accurate, I can’t add to or take away from them. I Do wish Kirby would bend his hard core philosophies some IF. The IF is if there are RBs like Phillips that can effectively Run the ball but might not be so great at blocking.

No Im not saying we Do have those on the bench but IF we do please Use them. Same for WRs, excuse the lack of blocking skills for a play or two IF they are effective at running routes and Catching the ball.

Again I’m not saying we have those types WRs on the bench but IF we do please Use them. Kirby stated they put in a “package” for Phillips. I don’t say do it Allot of snaps but Play Any RBs and/or WRs that are effective at their primary skill set ( Not blocking) a little along and along to help spark the Offense.

If done a little at a time the rival defense won’t know whether that player can or can’t block. The “ you don’t see the field unless you can block effectively” is to harsh of a requirement for a team with allot of injuries And a struggling QB. Use a little innovation. Phillips did quite nicely executing the “package” assigned to him. Just my humble opinions from the recliner, guess that’s why Kirby makes millions $$$. Go Dawgs !!!

P.S. If played sparingly wouldn’t have to worry about burning a redshirt. Dawgs NEED some fire in the Offense desperately !! If my terrible memory ain’t failing me and it might, he was very late in his career at UGA when it was “discovered” that Verron Haynes could really ball at RB !! Some players practice better than they play and vice versa. We Need some “discoveries” and Real soon !!

Nate Frazier stood out to me as a determined runner with some good moves. If he plays like that from here on and stays healthy he can be a very good RB. Cash Jones showed some similar moves and power with his catches. I wonder which Georgia team will show up at Oxford next week? These next two weeks will be very challenging and determine how this team grades out for the regular season. So far they have done what they've had to do to get the wins but have not impressed that they are playing at their highest level. Go Dawgs.

The talent is there . Both times there has been an off week they have looked off . You can stick your head in the sand and live in the past but it is a coaching failure when they aren’t ready after 2 weeks .

I wonder what our grading would have looked like if DJ Lagway had not been injured.

Oh and meant to add Coaches including Kirby are not above criticism. These folks make more $$$$ than I could ever even dream of !!

They need to DO their job, and that is Prepare these very talented players to Execute from start to finish in an Elite manner which is Touted as being the Standard at UGA.

Also a leader has to have the guts to fire or bench someone for the benefit of The Team. It should be Team First. Must be nice to know that no matter how much you screw up you’re gonna get paid !! But the way I was raised you EARN your pay !!!
