Kirby is paid $12 mil to be able to think clearly under pressure. But yes he was prob transferring either way.
He'll be happier at Ole Miss.
He's human. $20M isn't going to change that. He loves UGA to his core and probably took that little dance personally. Should he have? No. Was "idiot" a good choice? No. But part of who Kirby is is why he was the right coach at the right time. And he's earned that salary.

Hopefully he can celebrate with his former UGA teammates when the Dawgs beat his new Ole Miss team in Athens next year. Seems only appropriate. Plus, I’m not sure that calling someone who does something idiotic an idiot is that big of a deal.
