Ironically, not long after the playoffs were completed. Anyone know where thie prosecutor went to college?

I, like the rest of you, followed this incident as closely as a true Dawg fan would. This legal decision makes a lot of sense.. It also allows UGA to follow up with helping Colbie get on with his life and reincorporating him, fully, into the team culture.

No man should handle women ruffly, but no woman should visit to start trouble in the middle of the night......I'd say he has learned from this experience and I would bet that it will never happen again. Hopefully....Welcome back Colbie!

    Go Dawgs!

If I had to guess, he will transfer in the spring portal.

I agree. His best move is to wipe the slate clean and start over in a new program. UGA brought in 7 new WR's and is breaking in a new QB who is not '23 Carson Beck. When CYoung transferred in to UGA in the spring '24 he was expecting to play with '23 Carson Beck. Noah Thomas is a faster version of CYoung.

The fact that he stayed with the team and practiced says a lot about him, CKS and UGA.

@David1 My Dad used to say the same thing…and always when something bad happened after midnight! It was uncanny. Now that I'm older, he was right.

He may not be at fault, but there's a lot to learn about our society in general. Life isn't always fair. Take the second chance, work hard, and stay away from questionable women. I think Kirby will take him back. I know he can help us.

It stinks this drug out for so long. Hopefully he can return to the team, we could use him.

I hope he stays. He's a great receiver and seems like a hard worker. After this, he deserves a chance to re-write his story. Doing it here will erase that bad mojo.
