not impossible but cooper is cooling down with Miami lately
Atkinson already has a deal with Adidas. Kinda awkward since his finalists all use Nike. Hope the Dawgs can get him there. They know how to put linebackers in the NFL.

247 sports has 3 guys including national recruiting analyst Tom Loy projecting him to Texas. With a 6 of 10 degree of confidence.
Steve Wiltfong and other national recruiting analysts who are pretty plugged in have made their predictions for Atkinson to Texas. These guys rarely miss when they make a prediction this close to the recruit’s decision day.
Georgia put in a ton of recruiting work on this kid, and he’s been to Athens about 20 times. Texas comes in late, offers more money and possible playing first game. Hmm, sounds like he might be going where he belongs.
It’s better to have a player that wants to be at Georgia and that has the want and desire to learn and develop than one that is only looking for the quick buck and wind up in the portal every year.

I think this all goes the way of Atkinson's Priorities—NIL-Texas, playing for the school that will develop you and put you in the Big Show-UGA.
Texas did not come in late here. They’ve been in on him for a while too. They’re coming with the bigger bag but he has relationships in Austin just like Athens.
