    The Mighty Dawgs sitting right where they need to be, under the radar and chopping. Marshall and Peay are glorified scrimmages for sure, but this is a year that they are needed to begin the year. Kirby can weed out till he gets who he wants to start at some positions before road game at Junior and Lu Lu's.

    ”under the radar and chopping” I like that !! Well said !! I’ve just got good vibes about these 2025 Dawgs. I love the work ethic we keep hearing from different people. So as you so aptly put it they are under the radar and chopping. Let TX ( and Bama to for that matter) buy into all that hype. KS calls it rat poison for a reason, it’s deadly to a team. Actually for our Dawgs it’d be a Good thing for the horns to be on a winning streak Until they come to Athens town and our Dawgs devastate them !! Go Dawgs !! Keep On Chopping !! Kirby has these young pups eating off the floor for now but they’ll be ready to eat at the table with the Big Dawgs soon and very soon !!

    @navydawg

    Hey there Navy! Hope life is treating you well. How's the hip? I feel like $100 LOL. Looking so forward to my favorite time of year. That first Saturday is better than Christmas day IMO. Lot's of great games that weekend but we get to see our beloved Dawgs before the fireworks start. Buckle up!

    Always good to hear from you !! Hope you and all your loved ones are doing well and happy. I hate to be a constant whiner and complainer as there are countless people Far worse off than me. But in all honesty the ole ( Very old Lol) body ain’t doing to well. But things could always be worse.

    Love your excitement and enthusiasm !! I feel the exact same !! Can’t wait till our beloved Dawgs come storming out on the field !! And I like to see the glass as half full instead of the opposite. I Believe in this 2025 Dawgs team !! They have Huge potential and if it converts on the field allot of the naysayers are gonna be in total shock !!

    God Bless You & family !! Thank you so much for asking about how I’m doing that Really does mean allot to me. It’s great to know that there are people out there that care !! Go Dawgs !!

    Didn't hear anything about any injuries—which, in our case, makes it a VERY successful scrimmage.

    I really find this sentiment troubling. If the last couple of seasons have shown anything, it’s that you need to dominate every game that you can. Style points are important and create a winning attitude. Treating any regular season game as a scrimmage is setting yourself up for disappointment.

    Didin't we all hear the same mantra this time last year about faster starts for the offense? Hmmm…. Same OC…. What do they say about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results?

    “…Mike Bobo was able to dial up a game plan that led to a faster start from the offense.”

    The question is can he do that in a real game. Hope so.
