Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Yes. Honestly, I don't know who in this conference would have UK as a rival at all.
as a side note to the dawg nation forum. The word that they hid was S followed by a tup. And ended in an ID. not sure when that became offensive as it’s a play on words from his actually name.
I’m convinced the organ player at third Baptist church if peachtree city programmed this word filter. Surprised “shut up” isn’t starred out too.
I'm legitimately asking this question, Kasey. As a moderator, do you not have any sort of insight into or control over how the filters function? How does that whole bit work?
I get it, buddy. I'm hopeful that everyone reading the comments put it together. I do wonder, though, whether it would have gone through if your neighbors had said something like "Kirby the Idiot." I'm posting this comment as a test to find out.
Well, lookee there. I know it's lame to comment on your own post, but this is for posterity. Looks like "idiot" is fine, but "****" is a no-go (waiting to see the stars on that one after I click "post comment"). Pretty sure **** (you know, the kind of win that OK got over the Barners this past weekend?) is also a banned word. Since we've got the **** on our schedule from now until forever, I wonder whether that's one that's going to fly (get it? ****… fly… because birds…?) or if it's another one we're going to have to pussyfoot around…
Hey…
I'm an English teacher…
I like words…
it was like this before I became a moderator. It has never been explained to me why it’s so strict. You can’t even say mònkey unless you do what I just did. 8 years in and I just assume it’ll never change or update.
at least it only stars out the STUPlD words and doesn’t automatically delete the whole comment
