Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

committed and signed are two different things. I hope he stays the course and becomes a dawg.
I really like his film. He is dawgged in his pursuit of his blocking targets,
So there is hype around this guy, but a 3-star? I know we have seen some defensive 3 stars do well and go to the NFL as well as a WR or two (heck, even a QB), but on the OL? I worry we are getting subpar players and expecting the coaches to coach them up to 4-5 star status. I hope it can be done, but our OL has been a piece of work for years now.
Excited to see these young men give a verbal commitment and hope they stick with us. I also know I need to temper my excitement because too many times players use a commitment to us as a stepping stone for more money. They feel like if they tell people UGA wants them, they're worth more than the original offer. Sad to see college sports come to this but I don't see a way to put the genie back in the bottle.
Maybe he is a project that eventually in a few years will work out, but I don't see how we can compete with 3 star OL. The oil schools are putting high 4 and 5 stars in tackles. Too important position to be in hope to god mode.
Film very promising, physicality excellent, legacy…..ie, this young man wants to be a DAWG and has the motivation to become a DGD……plus, he doesn't strike me as a future drug/driving embarrassment.
Stars mean nothing. Remember Ladd McKonkey?
In other Georgia sports news, the Lady Dawgs basketball team is playing much better than their men counterparts, leading Virginia by one at halftime after being down as many as 10 points.
However, they blew an 8 point lead n the 4th, only to lose it in OT. At least they showed up with heart and desire which is more than I can say the men’s team did.
how may stars did Stetson Bennett have?
One for each Natty he won!!!!!!!
Careful my friends—Vote Down Man woke up with nothing to do. This young man seems like just the type of 3 star that in 3 or 4 years we'll be wondering if he'll be picked in the top 10 or middle first round. GO DAWGS
Sounds like this young man has his mind set on being a Bulldog. Don't think we'll have to worry about another school stealing him away..GoDAWGS!
"OFF TOPIC"—-My posting comments were EXACTLY pertaining to the gist of Jeff Sentell's article-no more, no less. If your understanding of "off topic" is lacking, please acclimate yourself to its proper usage.
”With this non-binding verbal pledge”
Very well stated @JeffSentell …pretty much sums up the current recruiting environment…on another note welcome to the G young road grader. If you show up I look forward to your development…
AND in other breaking Georgia sports program news, the red hot Diamond Dawgs took a tough road series at 23 ranked aTm over the weekend to keep in tact their unblemished series win streak this season…go pups!
