Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

What the heck is everybody up to? Surely people aren't working on this fine day near the Swamp.

I try to avoid the Swamp assuming you're talking the University of West Gainesville.

It has been right quiet around here.

    Go, Dawgs!

Yeah, it's that time of year where sports boredom sets in for me so don't visit as much. I'll toss out a thought I've been having though:

Though still early, it seems we're on our way to another relatively down recruiting year. Posters on some other sites (where I only observe) rationalize by saying we save money for proven players/transfers. But I don't see us winning the transfer battles either. Seems same schools (Miami, Texas, Ohio State, Indiana, LSU, Oregon) are winning both. And Florida is now doing what Kirby was doing with HS recruiting. Am I off in this observation?

Ditto, I'm trying to finish up some exterior maintenance and landscaping projects before the Summer heat takes over. By late June, I'll be on AC life support.
