Kolby Branch (2), Brennan Hudson & Daniel Jackson 4 homers & Jackson's 10th inning two run shot was the back breaker for Mississippi State's puppies!
I must say I have been watching this team all year and they started out having fun and have not quit having fun. Pitching has improved vastly since the start. Byrd is lights out and Jackson best player in the nation.
Im impressed. Down 7-0 would've been easy to throw in the towel. They didnt. We're down to three outs today after Parker puts Miss St ahead. Scratched out a run in the 9th to send it to xtra's and Jackson hits the big bomb to give you the lead. Only to K your nemesis Parker to end it.

Incredible two games. Hats off to Ms St, those were the two best teams in the tournament. Tough loss for the west dogs.
The CWS absolutely should re-seed, it’s always been a big debate and this year will prove it should happen, again. Comparing the right side of the bracket to the left, it’s a joke. The dawgs should be playing Troy, but WVU draws ANOTHER mid major to start the World Series.
No matter how they would stand after a re-seeding process, we still gotta beat all of them.
Dawgs Won SEC regular season, won SEC tournament. Won an all SEC Super Regional, now gotta play three other SEC teams to advance to the CWS final.
I actually thought until this morning they changed the seeding rules for CWS after last year, where same thing happened. Top two seeds went out early and Omaha brackets were lopsided sided.
imagine if USC didn’t blow it, would be even worse.
Yeah gotta beat them all (again) but the point is we already have, and gain no advantage.
Yes I know we didn’t play Alabama and Oklahoma yet but they are in our conference so let me rant. Lol
Kinda like football during the 4 team playoff. Seemed like it was Bama and somebody else from the SEC every year. When you get to this point in the tournament, there aren't anymore breaks, and the "best" team doesn't always win. Go Dawgs!

Baseball is so different than Basketball they really need to re seed the final bracket. You are always going to have big upsets it's just the nature of Baseball.
At least we got the prime time slot Sat night. I can see a few whiskey drinks in my future watching that one.
