Jordon Davis was a 3*; however, 3*s who turn into viable players are few and far between. Perhaps this guy will be another Jordon Davis, but the odds say otherwise. We're settling for too many 3*s this cycle, and I'm afraid it will catch up with us sooner rather than later.

Major project with an injury history. Could go either way. Will be an interesting story to watch play out.

Reminds me.of the Bill Norton story. Slow to develop at UGA and couldn't get on the field. Transferred , bounced around and currently on an NFL roster.

I'm sure he'll receive the best care and therapy while at UGA with the focus the remainder of this HS year of regaining strength and overal movement. IMHO I wouldn't rush back into contact for a full 18 months post surgery. He already has his scholarship offer, no need to try to impress anyone this fall. Just shoot for spring football with UGA next spring! He looks like he could be a beast. I read where the surgery he had was around 90 % successfull at an athlete returning to thei preinjury form.

This guy could be a real find considering he played 2 years in Canada and only 1 in the USA while injured. He definitely wasn’t on the radar with the recruiting services, but still had offers from Miami, Penn State, Ga Tech, NC, VT, etc. Hopefully he will be another diamond in the rough for our Dawgs.

If he plays ( of course after full rehab) sooner rather than later that’s great. But Kirby is looking beyond 2027 and even 2028 with a few of these guys. Build their bodies and skills but just as important build their loyalty. In this age of NIL that is ever important.

KS can and will build these type players into very good maybe even great players. And though some might leave most will Remember Hey Coach Kirby took me when allot of other schools didn’t even offer. Though not necessarily in this particular player’s case.

I think most will realize that Hey this coach is building me for a future shot at pro ball. Like many Dawgs fans I’m not exactly over joyed with the current recruiting status. But No Way am I prepared to give up on Kirby and staff !Theres plenty of time to recruit outright or flip players. And in the end I trust Kirby to have judicious use of the TP to fill in the gaps. Just Win !! Winning will help bring in the players in a big way and maybe more donations from big $$ for NIL !! Go Dawgs !!
