its preseason nobody really gives a **** what ESPN thinks…. At the end of the season Georgia will be the SEC champs. I'm still not sold on Arch Manning. All hype because of his last name. If his name was Arch Johnson they'd be calling for the next QB on the roster. Arch is the Caitlyn Clark of college football all hype

espn picked Indiana 31 in CFP preseason poll 2025. Why does DN reprint so many of their predictions?

So, I'm hearing that we lost our transfer RB from KY to injury . Sigh.

Texas won't even make the SECCG. If they are not careful, they may not make the playoff again. Then we will be talking about Sarkisians buyout. I think Muschamp was brought in to take over in case they go 8-4 or 9-3. It is very possible, take a look at their schedule.

Who cares about the SEC being the king of college football? It's about your team not the other teams. Georgia just needs to worry about Georgia.

The Dawgs need a prove it year. The run game will have to continue to improve back to the numbers in '21 and '22. Losing Dowdell is a tough one to swallow, and prayers for his recovery. He looked like Gurley out there at G Day. I have not seen Frazier run the ball in a long time without limping off the field. Bowens looked cut and ready for action, and Jae Lamar could be the fastest back in the SEC if given the chance. Defense will have to get back to the suffocating , swarm to the ball type of defense that Kirby is noted for. Give Gunner the kind of field position that Bennett enjoyed and see the difference.

It is really wierd how times have changed. In the past winning two SEC championships would be a gold standard. Now, it is just a normal game. Only the playoffs matter and we are 0-2. You are spot-on on this being a prove-it year!

"……SEC Network host Paul Finebaum told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution."

@GBAL for this particular article all of the connections are there to understand why. DawgNation is owned and operated by the AJC, the AJC was interviewing Paul Finebaum who works for SEC Network that is owned by ESPN. Mike Griffith does a great job of generating his own work, and is a frequent guest of PF, which helps generate material on both sides. CR, on the other hand, would be completely without material if it were not for ESPN and would probably have to start writing about women's fashion or climate change.

Bullfeathers...the SECC is IMPORTANT! Your opinion is yours only. But yours is ignorant.

    Ok...

Yes bad endings. But 3 of last 4 SECC and yet the losses in the CFP recently..."tarnished" the BACK2BACK NCs?!

HOW?!!! What the heck does that have to do with 2021 and 2022 NCs. They're NOT related AT ALL!

TARNISHED. What a ridiculous, ignorant statement. Guess we'll have to return the NC trophies, the rings and give all championship memorabilia to the trash dump.

So Bama has now TARNISHED their past NCs too. Right? Tell that to Nick Saban. Typical MG ridiculous comments. I took the bait.

Better yet MG. Why didn't you say this to KS during the question and answer period on TV today. Know why...he would have embarrassed you.

2021 and 2022 TARNISHED NATIONAL CHAMPIONS because of playoff losses recently.

Tarnished-to bring disgrace to; to spoil; to dull their luster.

    Really? Shameful
