National MEdia said that GS didn't have a good day and that receivers were dropping passes!

Defense always has an advantage when scrimmaging against their own team. They basically know the plays and the players.

Sounds like the weapons are there to control the line of scrimmage (both sides). I’m convinced that’s the starting point for total domination. All these players mentioned in the article will be able to stand out even more when this happens. Control the line of scrimmage and you can do basically whatever you want.

    GO DAWGS!

Wondering why Woodring wasn’t on any of the all SEC preseason teams. Head scratching.

This is not the first practice with this issue. Getting a little worried….

Iron sharpens Iron - love this,

"The fact Georgia might have the best secondary in the nation certainly impacted UGA’s reloaded pass game, as receivers struggled to get open and Gunner Stockton was pressed to make decisions and throws with little margin for error."

It will shake out. OU is the first game with a pulse so there is plenty of time to get rolling.

Lol....I wouldn't read a whole lot, into practice....until about 10 days before the first game. It takes a minute to get into "Pads Shape".

And, the heat....."God's Little Conditioning Aid"....is a hindrance most teams not in the Deep South, don't get to enjoy.

The Northern Reporters [Yankee...Lol] wouldn't know anything about the Southern Sauna that appears every July and departs in September. Usually after the first Tropical Storm sweeps through. Lol

You have to "Love" to play football....in the South. Why else would anyone endure the stifling heat?

When i was around 10....playing sandlot...We used to take breaks, to go sit in front of a fan and pour water over our heads to cool off....THEN....right back to Football [or baseball, basketball or tennis]

In fact, a lot of coaches at the time would starve his players of water, cause...and I quote...."A hungry man fights harder".

That all ended....When the media started spreading the word, about players dropping out due to heat exhaustion or dying....sometime in in the late '60's to early '70's. Unfortunately...my Coach didn't get the memo. Lmao

Make no mistake....the heat is a positive factor for conditioning these players for a grueling Season. As far as they're concerned....these are the hard times....when the foundation is laid.

But....in the meantime...don't expect cartwheels at practice. Lmao
