I host 20-30 people every weekend and part of what I love is developing a menu, making everything, and then watching it all disappear.

I do a lot of prep Friday night so Saturday I'm just throwing stuff in the oven or on the grill during commercials.

Staples:

Wings (Purchased @ Publix - too hard to make enough myself)
Burgers/Sliders
BLT Sliders, Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Kielbasa and/or Andoille Smoked Sausage (grilled)
Pork Butt / Pulled Pork (start Friday night - 18 hour smoke)
Corn Dogs
Fries (Curly or Shoestring)

Specialties:

Spicy Italian crescent ring (google the Pillsbury recipe, use Olive Garden Italian Dressing)
Chicken & Waffle Bites w syrup
Paninis // Flavors: Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Pesto Chicken, Pizza
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Pizza Dip
Egg Rolls (homemade) while not football food are salty & easily handheld
Bacon-Wrapped Steak Bites
Bacon-Wrapped Jalepeno Poppers w cream cheese
Doughnut & Strawberry Skewers (homemade, using Pillsbury biscuits)

Need any advice or recipes, I'm always happy to share.
