Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Good point. I've just seen how important it is. It'll be important to my daughter when she decides where she wants to play softball - and no one outside of family will care. And it will be important to my son - when possibly more people will care. I'm just saying it's important. But I seem to be fighting too many battles… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Seriously. Stop posting this. It's simply not true. Unless something drastic happens when the family meets Luke, he'll be at UGA. I've said I "know" anything on this board, so trust me when I say I know. Crazy things can happen, but this hasn't happened and is extremely unlikely to happen so stop freaking people out. -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I know to not except Gilbert to pick Georgia, but if he really said, “UGA felt like family” like the headline of the 247 article says, then I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he did pick Georgia. Relationships always seem to be more important than anything else to these young men. Ever since I started following recruiting… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Paris Johnson is not a consideration for this class. Hasn't been since early May. He actually had LSU ahead of UGA in his pecking order, too. His family is firmly behind his Ohio State decision. Simple suggestion: Watch "Hedges" every week. You'll know this stuff. Do appreciate the dialogue here, though. Questions are… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
@ClemTown @SoFL_Dawg I appreciate y'all's consistent candidacy. Good, bad, and everything in between, I always appreciate the info you guys funnel in here. If it weren't for y'all and Jeff I wouldn't check the forum half as much hahaha. Hoping our defensive dominance, team success, and family feel reel Burch in. I like… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Trust Kirby. Enjoy your family. Enjoy a book. Enjoy (hopefully) your day off. One thing is certain, no matter how bad WE want to win games... Kirby wants to win MORE Trust kirby. He will make the best decision for the university of Georgia. He knows WAY more information than we do and will decide on that and not… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
It's interesting that UGA would take an official visit from E.J. Smith on such a big weekend when they've had to turn away many others. If he's not a take then the only reasons I could see him consuming valuable time and resources are: Personal favor to Emmit Staff is actually targeting another family member in a different… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
No offense but this “play both ways” stuff is idiotic. Playing ILB in the SEC is enough of a challenge and Sewell & Family should already know this. If you want Sewell for 2-3 gadget plays per year around goal line so be it but anything more is ****. Defense + Special Teams = Plenty Opportunity Hopefully this Oregon… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Yeah looks like we posted at same time. Haven’t heard Burton is a done deal but 2 under the radar visits, DSGB, opportunity to change room and make impact immediately especially with Dom out. The messaging is clear. We’ll see. Hopefully we can drop the “no worries” soon enough. EDIT: Also needs to be added, family just… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I hear ya and agree but I wouldn't say he will never jump to the NFL. Maybe family time is more important to him then making an extra million or two. After the first couple million does a few more really make that big a deal other then ego. Without knowing him personally there's no way we can know until he makes his…
