Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
What I hope is that we, collectively, create the kind of of goodwill towards AO that will verify UGA actually loved him as a person and not just an OL. I think the kid made a great and mature decision to be near his ailing mother...especially since the NCAA has already shown us that if you find out later you need to be… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Respectfully - not sure why actual comments/posts on the social media accounts of the consensus #1 target at his position in the 2020 class and/or his family aren’t relevant to this thread. Do I hope Ringo does indeed commit to UGA? I do Do I trust our resident insiders when they say they have it on good authority that we… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
@greshamdisco Waiters/support staff/players/etc. from what I gathered, all weigh in from the visits. How Bush and his family reacted to the Atlanta airport shutdown was a big deal. They took it all in stride. I’m a firm believer that it doesn’t matter how you treat people that you can benefit from (Kirby/coaching staff) if… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
What I can say with supreme confidence is that Chaney and his family are entertaining Dell. It has been this way for months and has not wavered. Chaney has been a secondary priority target for a long time. If it becomes clear that UGA and Evans is no longer happening, and Dell goes all in on Chaney, I would easily put him… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Troup is Barn country. Lived there for 9 years. My wife is from LaGrange. All Auburn fans. Been nice the last 18 years, but still feel like pulled pork BBQ at a Jewish wake when we visit her family. It may not be as bad as it once was. And maybe the success we've had over the last 18 years has helped some people see the… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Hate to be the Debbie Downer again today...but the only reason why Chad Lindberg committed to Georgia was Sam Pittman. His family wants him at Texas. Then Broderick Jones was already seriously considering flipping to Auburn and SVP is a Louisiana kid, so no Pittman becomes an LSU threat there. Gonna be a serious challenge… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
The Alex Huntley article provided me with some thinking points. Reading waaay too deep, its sounds as if he and Burch are not the closest of pals. Could he be trying to break free of Jordan's shadow and come to Athens? Interesting that his family is from Columbia and wants him to look around and they really like Tray Scott… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Very big oof. Dabo wanted him at IMG and Mama Burch did not take that well at all, to say the least. Also didn’t help Clemson committed a violation and had to self-impose a contact ban as to not get blasted by the NCAA Just overall very sloppy recruitment by a staff that’s usually very solid. Don’t think it’s a coincidence… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I doubt CML is one/done. It generally takes 2-3yrs to rehab before getting a 2nd bite at the apple. CML didn’t exactly have a ton of success at Ole Miss. Maybe if he wants some smaller school job he could go quicker. Also, probably has young kiddos so usually the wives don’t want to uproot family every year. My money would… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I dont mind the pick by Gilbert to LSU, for a few reasons. 1) Its not Bama or Clemson, who are pretty close driving distance for his family and him. This could create a homesick transfer portal situation for him if he isnt hitting the field early and often next season ,if he sticks to LSU. Which leads me into point 2),…
