Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Neil Peart
To my fellow Dawgs of the 60's and 70's - and those from later years who appreciate an amazing musician - the music world lost a great one today at way too young an age - 67. As Reverb.com wrote, "This one hurts." Shot below is one I took on the `79 Hemispheres tour stop at The Fox. Pardon the grain, it's what you got in… -
Re: Georgia football game with Vanderbilt back in doubt, situation fluid
"So what the heck is UGA and Al doing that they have so few players on Covid?" Probably giving them ivermectin prophylactically. Renowned doctor group testified before the Senate today that in a study of 800 frontline workers that received it, none-zero-caught the virus, the placebo group 48% caught it. Shhhh- Big Pharma… -
TalknDawgs
I gotta address the 800 pound gorilla because it's killing me. I love @SoFL_Dawg . I miss his contributioins to this forum. Yes I value @JeffSentell @texdawg and others too. I don't want separate dueling forums, I want one community full of Bulldawg love. So at this moment, @texdawg is chuckling to himself, "dang that… -
Re: Weighing in on Mel Kiper’s ‘Big Board,’ where it’s right, and what the ESPN expert missed
First off, if you go back and audit Mel Kiper's ratings/predictions, over the years, you will see just as much wrong as what he got right. Maybe more. Zamir White's rating is further down because of the 2 ACL injuries. That does not bode well for a long professional career vs someone who has not had surgically repaired… -
Re: Anthony Evans: Georgia football flips 4-star wide receiver from Oklahoma
@MACDAWG Not comparing, but just saying: Isaiah McKenzie went to American Heritage high school in Florida, one of the best and most fertile grounds over the last 25 years for DIV I talent In the country, especially for SEC Teams. I agree with your point about him being a project, but not being something worthy of a full… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
To add to the points @SoFL_Dawg is making......our coaches have to make their own evaluations. Obviously the rating services will be consistent enough that the players ranked the highest will typically be the players that Kirby wants the most. But we certainly don't want Kirby and staff to just go down the 247 list and… -
Re: Would you fly in a 737 right now ?...
FWIW, the Boeing 737 MAX is a replacement for Boeing 737NG or New Generation aircraft (737-700, 737-800 and 737-900). The 737NG version is quite safe. I'm not sure how you visually identify NG from a MAX. Delta Air Lines only flies the older version. Of U.S. carriers, Southwest, United and American have the MAX versions… -
Re: Drama with Godwin?
Well Godwin being under 400 yards his senior season isn't elite, I think we can all agree on that. Julio, Amari Cooper and Ridley all had at least 1 season with 1000 yards at Bama, they were all 1st rd picks. AJ had just under 1000 yards his final season and over 800 yards each of his other 2 seasons at UGA. I've thought…
