Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: UGA hosts 4-star RB Dajuan Edwards amidst Zach Evans rumors
The number 19 runningback. Mcconkey is (I think) ranked in the 1,000s, and I saw a blurb that we're the favorite to sign an athlete from Maryland who ranks in the 800s. I'm perfectly fine with the coaches going after the players they think will be the best fit, even if it's not reflected in a recruiting ranking. I trust… -
Re: Stetson Bennett top Heisman Trophy candidate for Georgia, needs strong run game
I don’t believe a Heisman Trophy is in the cards for any of our Dawgs. We are so “team” oriented and it’s not in Kirby’s DNA to showcase individual players. He spreads the wealth with our receivers and running backs. Most of our great backs would consider a 1000 yard season a monumental accomplishment…..and a great season… -
Re: Georgia QB Stetson Bennett arrives in Miami relaxed, ready for beach trip and big game
You can only go as far as your QB can take you. I don't know what happened between JT and his family and CKS but a healthy JT is better than SB. I watched most of JT''s HS highlights while at Mater Dei and the kid was as good as it gets coming out of HS. You don't go start at USC as an 18 year old on a fluke. Not to take… -
Re: Jalen Carter takes center stage at Georgia football Pro Day; 3 other things to watch
@Brooksie Kenny McIntosh has no shot at the 2nd or 3rd round. For the sake of comparison, last year Kenneth Walker II was a 2nd round draft pick after rushing for 1600 yards in 12 games and running a 4.38 40 at the combine. The Dawgnation writers hyping up the first RB since (whenever) to get "800 rushing yards and 500… -
Re: Whoever Georgia hires as new wide receivers coach will need to be comfortable with transfer portal
Connor Riley, you are going to need to be honest with UGA fans here. Look: Kirby Smart has been at UGA since 2016. Go to the UGA NFL draft Wikipedia page. You will see the following. Few WRs have been drafted from UGA under Kirby Smart. Fewer have been high draft picks (2nd round or better). Many have been busts, failing… -
Re: BREAKING: Nation’s No. 4 RB Nathaniel Frazier just committed to Georgia football
@BigDawg61 -"Who was it, said..."Daniels is a better quarterback"...again? Lol...just kidding. I get why people thought, "what they thought"...that's what the media was pushing. I think you may be misremembering a little or either you're trying to rewrite history....and to what purpose? "Hey, look at me I got it right?"… -
My experience with Dawgs247/247sports
Just thought I’d share my experience in being a paid 247 member. I’ve mentioned it before but I signed up for a “trial” account in the week leading up to ESD. To be fair, I looked and was aware that it wasn’t going to be just a matter of clicking a button to unsubscribe, though of course that’s all it takes to subscribe.… -
Re: Georgia football-Missouri instant observations as Bulldogs pick up a massive SEC East win
@reddawg1 You're not being fair here. Monken had these same WRs for 3 years and the only one of them who averaged more than 45 yards a game during all that time were George Pickens and Ladd McConkey. And McConkey has had 2 of the 3 best games of his career the last 2 weeks under Bobo. Last year against Missouri, yes SB IV… -
NATIONAL MISSING CHILDREN'S DAY
NATIONAL MISSING CHILDREN’S DAY National Missing Children’s Day on May 25th each year shines a spotlight on child safety. The day also honors the dedicated professionals who work tirelessly protecting children around the country. #MissingChildrensDay Most children who go missing do come home. Whether they’ve wandered off… -
Re: Heisman finalist or not, Stetson Bennett celebrates leading Georgia football to SEC championship
I have criticized SB IV endlessly. I have never given him a bit of credit, attributing his success to the players around him and flaws in the teams that UGA played. I do not recant any of my criticisms. I believed that they were true at the time and still do. That being said: USC's Caleb Williams lost to Utah twice. Ohio…
