Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I wouldn’t look at it so technical. Realistically 16-18 y/o kids aren’t giving exact percentages of who they like for example UGA has 50%, Bama has 20%, Clem 30%. Even the crystal balls are percentages of how many people think what college a kid may go to. So look at the high percentages that a kid is likely leaning to a… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
16+1+11= 28 and doesn't include names like Herring/Cleveland/Kindley/Robertson/LeCounte/Daniels/Johnson/Beal/Grant Just because a guy doesn't set the world on fire doesn't mean he won't test the NFL waters as soon as possible. Leaving any of the above names out of a discussion on possible departures from the team would be… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I’m operating off of the assumption that we currently have 16 commits (I wish it was 15 commits) so that leaves 7-8 at most without the blueshirt. Agree at most 9 spots as best case scenario based on what we feel today with BS. I’d move the offensive guys to the top 1 RB, 2 TEs as the position needs are a definite.… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I think that UGA will get to 25-26 if they want to. according to the announcers for the Mizzou game Lawrence Cager was wrapped up before the Sugar Bowl. I'm sure UGA & the rest of these elite programs will continue to have attrition before and after spring ball. right now we only have 83 scholarships being used. 16 coming… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Classes have been heavily GA influenced though thru Kirby. 2016 I'll leave out cause most guys would've started and left early. 2017 - 16/25 ... Grant, Stokes, Herring, Thomas, Fromm, LeCounte all starters in state (Swift, Wilson, Landers, Rice all OOS starters - Webb sometimes) 2018 - 14/24 ... Azeez, Hill, Camarda all… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I think you should take at least 1 TE and move him to the WR. no way you need 11 TE/RBs & only 13 WRs when 80% of offensive plays have 11 personnel. I have it being QB: 4 RB: 5 WR: 14 TE: 4 OL: 15 Offense: 42 DL: 13 OLB: 7 ILB: 6 DB: 16 Defense: 42 K/P: 2 Total: 86 (somebody is short 1 spot somewhere, just depends on the… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
We're sitting at 16 right now. I'm going to assume we can squeeze 25 in the class. That's 9 spots not counting a Zirkel blue shirt- so 10 spots if we BS Zirkel. RB2 Smith, Burton Washington, Johnson/ Henderson Burch Ringo That's 7. Leaves 2-3 spots for BPA: Stroud Dexter Maybe we look for a JUCO DB? What if Fromm stays and… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Assuming he has been released (or his NLI was rejected by the NCAA) but is still an EE the schools can contact him starting 7 days before their classes start for the spring quarter. (c) December 1 through February 1, 2020 [except for (1) and (2) below]: Six in-person off-campus contacts per prospective student-athlete… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
2019 class - many were left with an anticlimactic feeling on NSD as, Pickens apart, there were few surprises. Some of those same people want to have the class set by June. I certainly want a repeat of 2019 where we get the backbone of the class in December but am trying to be other than a nervous wreck as the other classes… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
“Heres where all the QBs ranked in the long ball toss... 1. Anthony Richardson - 68 2. Hunter Dekkers - 67 3. CJ Stroud - 65 4. Carson Beck - 63 5. Robby Ashford - 62 6. Jeff Sims - 61 (DQ'd) 7 (tie). Tyler Van Dyke - 60 7 (tie). Haynes King - 60 9. Bryce Young - 59 10 (tie). Harrison Bailey - 58 10 (tie). TJ Finley - 58…
