Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next to Commit to the G
-Nothing new to report on the coaching end. It does not look like Kirby Smart is in any hurry at all with this hire on the defensive side. He was on the road all day Tuesday and sat with 2020 WR Justin Robinson of ELCA last night at the Kentucky basketball game for a long time. I really like Robinson after seeing him in… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
My guess is that he thinks Alabama will win but wants to be respectful to Georgia and say we keep it close. I don’t have any inside info like the Big 3 (what I’m now going to call @SoFL_Dawg @tiger_62082 and @CZCashvilleDawg ) but I think we have a good shot with him. Maybe someday we can call it the Big 4 if a certain… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
I am rolling the dice and saying we get 3-4 commits before the end of the month DJ Daniels Jermaine Johnson Travon Walker and another _______ fill in the blank guy. I think Kirby and Company will have elite 2019 and 2020 guys at the West Endzone reveal. Kirby is going to have a class that rivals last year in terms of… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Any combination of the following names based on 247 composite national position rankings: Jadon Haselwood-#1 WR Nakobe Dean-#1 ILB Trevor Keegan-#15 OT Clay Webb-#1 OC Tyrique Stevenson-#4 CB Kaiir Elam-#8 CB Nick Cross-#5 S Jordan Battle-#6 S Noah Cain-#7 RB Nay’quan Wright-#20 RB DJ Williams-#35 RB Stay tuned for DL… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
I have updated my Scholarship spreadsheet to include 2019 signees which excludes Plumlee. My target for general roster is 41 offense and 41 defense with 3 kickers. Our current count is 35 and 45 including Netori on offense. The big diff on offense is 4 fewer WR and 2 down TE. The higher numbers on D are 2 ILB and 1 each F5… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
I think 3-4 (if they're the right ones) and two TEs (if they're the right ones). I'd say Smith has a spot in this class as a replacement for MeCole and Crumpton if he wants it. He can do so much and I think if MeCole puts it altogether, he turns pro. "Right TEs": Jalyn Lay (could also be a flex) Jackson Lowe "Right WRs":… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Almost a year ago, the recruitment for Phillip Webb got started. It got off to somewhat a slow start for a prospect of his caliber, but as more schools saw the 6-foot-4, 210 pound linebacker out of Sugar Hill (Ga.) Lanier in action, more offers started rolling in. Wake Forest offered first on February 2. He added offers… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Brule said he was signing during the early period. He's 1 of the few I could've seen decommitting. I LOVE Otis Reese, but I want 1-2 more legit corners to go with Smith. Only would leave 4 spots tho IF we can grab 2 cb's. I can't see turning away Henry, Parsons, Ford or Cox. But we know Salyer and (Mays or Hill) would put… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
You can believe what you choose, but I can tell you right now you are not in the drivers seat with Neal or Wright. I understand many may know this but someone posted basically a Georgia death scenario and everyone acted as if it was impossible, when in reality UGA doesn't lead with 4 of the 7. UGA is picking up steam with… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
I know he is only a freshman and only got to play in one game last year because of an injury, but 2022 athlete Jake Johnson was really good at MVP Camp. His older brother Max is committed to LSU, but I don’t think it will play that much of a role in his decision down the line with the difference in age. Jake is legit, 6-4…
