Something is going on..

You cant tell me something isnt going on behind closed doors. Whether its the offensive guys that cant stand Chaneys play calling or Kirby handling the team in a bad way, something just doesn't feel right. I expected a few to the draft but all of these OFFENSIVE players have me wondering.

or the coaching staff is doing their job developing players to go to the NFL. get used to it. this will be a yearly occurrence.

this. if you don't lose almost every single junior to the draft then you are not a successful program

I get that, but they didnt all seem ready. Hardman and Ridley are the main ones im surprised with.

I thought he was 3-4. Surprising to see him that high. Love the dude and what hes done here, just didnt think the NFL would see him that high with only 2 years at receiver

Edit. I meant hardman with 2 years. Got confused. Really didnt think ridley had shown much of anything to be a 2nd round pick. Hes had flashes but not much consistency to me.

Honestly Ridley surprised me much more than Hardman. Mecole has that explosive type of speed that you rarely see even at the NFL level. If he gets drafted into the right situation he could be dangerous.

@SoFL_Dawg has posted it on here. I don't believe draft grades given directly to players are made public so you need insider info.

I imagine in a few days, only the bulk of all the guys leaving early are announced, will start to see updated mock drafts

no idea about the draft grades the guys get behind closed doors though

Kind of my thoughts. I just edited my previous comment to include my thoughts on this

Hardman could be a return specialist who catches an occasional pass as well. He isn't nearly as advanced a route runner as Ridley at this point.

I think you're having confirmation bias of your poor opinion of Chaney

I havent attacked chaney all that much. I have been displeased at times but cant wonder if some of these guys are tired of the conservativeness

i agree they didn't seem ready, but the nfl might be saying something completely different than what we think

I'm not saying you were...just saying that if you don't like him and want a change then all of the early departures/transfers are going to confirm what you think. You're biased against Chaney (maybe so/maybe no) and these confirm the bias

Oh, gotcha. Not saying i want him gone, but would like him to open it up a bit and maybe thats what some of these guys think as well.

How would they benefit from coming back? Kirby is not developing skill positions. The program is turning in the wrong direction

Ridley, nauta, and Holyfield are ready.

Mecole is questionable at best, i don’t see him getting drafted, but if he gets a good receiver coach he could end up a player one day.
