Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I'm amazed I still have the tooth pick and frankly, that the knife has lasted this long. I have dropped it down long flights of metal stairs, driven over it, and generally abused it. Blade is still sharp. The thing has been a better friend than some people have been.
I’ll say this for our group: we are well armed and prepared for a Russian or Chinese invasion. If either of the commie countries wear orange, then we will let them have it twice as hard.
my first thought when I saw that picture lol
I have one like that. Received as a Christmas gift. I'm not a knife toter so it stays in my travel bag. Comes in handy when not at home
I carry an OTF automatic knife every day. Legal in Florida and most other states. Probably the best $40 I've ever spent. I have three of them in different colors.

@Bankwalker - I was looking at these blades and comparing them to typical kitchen filet knives for fish, I was thinking it might be a little difficult unless you have a lot of experience doing it. It can be done, but the blade isn't that thin. Most of us here probably have that experience. So, now you know what I sit around and think about in the off-season.
This Kershaw has been clipped to my right pocket everyday for the past 13years. Used a Case prior. This knife is a lil dull at the moment but it's always handy.
I've never carried a knife and don't even own one, but this thread makes me think I've been missing out? As a general rule I don't buy stuff for myself but maybe next Christmas I'll take the plunge. I admire the craftsmanship and can appreciate the utility.
Had a kershaw similar to that and the dumb thing would always open in my pocket.
And the reason the wife calls you "shorty".......
Ya know, it's a shame LOL became so ubiquitous, because this comment made me laugh out loud and typing "LOL" just wouldn't do it justice.
I am a bit of an EDC nerd. Knife, slim carry wallet, phone are 100%. I feel naked without those
pocket notebook, pen, light are 75% of the time
It is amazing to me how often these get used/make life easier
If it was not for listening to podcasts/audiobooks and using the GPS I would have a basic flip phone or something similar. I almost never use my phone to make calls and I rarely text
Naw ghost bro, but wish that was the reason.
Come on man, that's true. But sometimes she says nice things to me like, "thanks that looks expensive". Which is cool ya know.
But I never had any issues with this one but had two of those tiny screws come out but Kershaw replaced them along with an Allen wrench for free.
