Busy Day or Lazy Day, time for some Slow Cooking...
Thought I would dedicate this thread to your best/favorite slow cooker/crockpot recipes. A little prep work and let it do the cooking for you......I'm lazy like that about once a week....
Today I did a quick and easy pork sirloin roast,
2-3lb pork sirloin roast or tenderloins
2 cans of cranberry sauce with whole cranberries
1 stick of butter
1 packet of Liptons' french onion soup mix
Mix the cranberry sauce, butter and soup mix in a large sauce pan, melt down and blend.
Place roast/ loin in crockpot and cover with melted blend.
Cook 4-6 hours on low temp or until desired tenderness.
Enjoy!
( I actually added small new potatoes and snap beans in as a side.)
