It’s okay...tenders are a little better, but nothing to write home about IMO.
What does Ringo think though? That’s probably more important than what I think.
Radi says the UGA team always caters with Champy's, so we may not find out.
btw, go visit Athens Ford, big Dawg fans
The problem with Raising Canes in Athens at least is that it couldn't hold a candle to Guthries which was essentially the same restaurant inthe same location but local and better.
Guthries is better than canes and zaxbys
I’m taking Zaxbys over Canes every day of the week. This coming from a student
I liked Guthrie's the one time I had it. I used to really like Zaxby's when they cooked the food to order.
Champy's tenders are top shelf...pig wings and frog legs are showstoppers as well.
Raise your hand if you have a koozie with your name on it hanging in Champys? ✋
The koozie says “humble yourself”? Weird
There's not too many more humbling experieinces than drinking all the 40's at champy's....
I bought four bags of beaver nuggets when I was in college station in May
Canes - simply awesome
Whataburger - incredible - especially taquitos
Bucee's - unbelievable
But Texas doesn't have it all. We don't have the Dawgs, grits or kudzu.
In-N-Out burger >> Whataburger.
That is the craziest thing I've ever heard. It isn't even close
First few weeks in n out opened in Texas - you couldn't get in because of crowds.
No longer the case. If you're in a hurry go to in in n out. But if you want good food - Whataburger.
Only people in Texas like Whataburger. I feel like Texans think they’ll lose their Texas card if they admit it’s nothing special 😆. I’ve been there a few times and I’m *not really sure why people like it.
What should I order next time I’m around one?
I've had both, plenty. Nobody I know likes Whataburger better. Personal tastes differ my friend. Although I will say the In-N-Outs in California seem to be a little better than the ones in Texas, for whatever reason.
