Google Disney Direct tv or AT&T and read the story. I’m looking into other ways to get tv service. I’m taking my time. No more mistakes with crappie providers.

So, if there's actually issues, I think 12 PM or shortly after is go dark time now, which is inconvenient for several.

If not, then as it turns out, it was scare tactics because of it even being a possibility and if they can't get a deal done, we'll have to worry about it again closer to the 30th.

Either way, it's ridiculous that it's even possible.

I just got YouTube Live or whatever it's called. I'm dropping the entirety of cable tv.

YouTube Live has all the games.

Combine it with the commercial free version of Hulu and you can watch just about anything.

    Go, Dawgs!

I got to see the game, and that is always good.

The contract between DirecTV and Disney ends October 1. Seeing the Notre Dame game is not an issue. It is not unusual for these negotiations to go down to the wire. Disney is working to get viewers to call in and put pressure on DirecTV to get a better deal. Not having the Disney/ESPN line up would be a huge issue for DirectTV. It is likely that all this will work itself out. Worst case, DirectTV would go a day or two without these channels and cave once the subscriber base demands refunds on the bills in mass and a number of subscribers threaten or actually start to leave.

I’ve got DISH and the only thing we can’t get is Fox SportsSouth, which is bad enough because we can’t get the Braves, & HBO which we don’t care about because GoT is over.
