SNOW DAY!
I'm pretty good at building fires in the fireplace from scratch....on a snow day..
You’d have never guessed where I was today... dedication baby! 😉
That is serious dedication. Bet you didn't drive the boat very fast
Hit 75mph one time... but that was before the snow started.
Thanks for the info. We may have to come down and try that river system. My brothers and I do an annual fishing trip and we may look into it. Chickamauga in Chattanooga is full of monsters too. I have family up there and I don’t go up without the boat behind us. As a matter of fact, some of those largemouth pics were caught on the Chick.
That's funny, was telling my dad about that earlier. Some of the best numbers days I've had was when it was snowing....it turns the bite on for some reason
What a view!
This has me missing my days in Colorado.
Today was redneck figure skating. .. (donuts in my truck)
Thanks! I just opened the back sliding door going out on the deck and took a pic. Also opened the garage door and took a pic of my driveway. And yep, that's about a 40 degree incline for about 150 feet. Didn't leave the house today....
Holy Powder Moly!!! It was hard enough for me to ski in boot high powder....then again, I'm from Georgia...
I am too....taught myself to ski in NC, the crappiest conditions imaginable. Think it made me ahead of the curve when I moved to CO. Lived out there for a year in my late 20s, did nothing but ski, mtn bike & chase girls....best year of my life
I hear ya! I learned how to ski on Beech Mtn. Once I went to Colorado and Utah, never skied the east again. haven't skied in 20+ years but always loved it. Should have did the year long staycation in my 20's like you did before I settled down..lol!
And one last pic of snow day. Most has melted and staying true to the thread topic, I am not "bragging" on what I can do, but where I chose to live. In just one of God's corner of this great State...
Off my back deck...
Absolutely beautiful
