Del Taco got me through grad school and not by working there.
I'm not to big on cookout,it is a cheaper option. The first time I eat five guys I ended up ordering a burger for each day the rest of the week. I fell in love. Haven't been back by one since.
Amen. And Whataburger ketchup is the best.
Whataburger spicy ketchup and Freddy's fry sauce are the two best things to happen to fries.
100%!
not sure why I felt the need to say this, but an egg and bacon with honey mustard is acceptable to put on a burger... at times....not all the time. Just on fancy occasions
I can agree to that. I haven't eaten that many times but I like it.
Not exactly the same but that makes me think of this burger I had at The Cowfish in Orlando
Black & Brie
Beef burger, brie cheese, fresh blackberries, thyme-infused honey, sake marinated Asian pear, micro greens, brioche bun –
Sounds like a great way to mess up a what could be otherwise be a good hamburger.......
My wife texted me a while ago and asked if burgers were ok for supper tonight...she really doesn't need to ask.
She grills the best burgers, especially when she puts bleu cheese in the middle!
She enjoys grilling, and no one does it like she does!
My uncle invented the process for putting sesame seeds on buns, so I always have to have a sesame seed bun for him.
I typically don't dress up my burgers very much, but a nice runny fried egg is fantastic on a burger.
By the way, the #4 combo at Whataburger (jalapeno and cheese) is my automatic. I can't remember the last time I had anything but the #4 combo at Whataburger. I know there are a whole bunch of other delightful items on the menu...but the #4 is so perfect I have to get it every time.
Oh, and I put spicy ketchup on my Whataburger. I know it's taboo to put ketchup on a Whataburger, but I do...
Yeah man, then add a steaming bowl of straight thru to go with those gut bombs
There is a restaurant called the Universal Joint that has 6 or 7 locations that has really great burgers. They have one called the "Steinbeck" that comes with homemade pimento cheese and jalapenos. One of their best sellers.
I'm getting hungry.......
And I thought an egg on a burger was fancy.... not sure my type is even allowed to look at something like that
Not having a sesame bun for a burger is boarder line un-American....boarder line... sometimes hard to find
I like to keep it traditional most times as well. taboo to put ketchup on a burger? I can’t trust a bro who doesn’t.
Grilled or fresh jalapeños? I always get mine grilled and LOVE the spicy ketchup!
a good start to a burger:
1 part short rib 1 part brisket 1 part chuck
grind it up and add preferred seasoning if you want
pat out
grill
shake hands and kiss babies because you just made someone’s day
Reworded just a bit...
" Kiss and hands shake just because you made someones's babies (to)day...."
