Second-half adjustments, gata
1st half observations...
We have got to find a better and more consistent way to disrupt, harass, pressure or better yet, sack Jones...Stet has got to GROW a few inches and learn to put more arch on his passes...other than that I think we're playing a good game. Glad to see Cook, Pickens, and Milton contributing. Now if we can just make any other needed adjustments and FINISH THE DRILL!!
2nd half and game observations...
Stetson's inexperience, poor decision making, and interceptions cost us the game in the 2nd half...he'll get better but he'll feel this loss. Hopefully we'll see the Tide again in the SEC Championship game...GO DAWGS!
How do you let a team move 44 yards in 23 seconds? Really. I see Kirby is up to his old ways.
Why call a time out when the kicker has to get out there and line up? That time out allows them to catch their breath and relax and nail it. How many times have you watched a coach call time out and it's kicked and missed and then on the 2nd attempt, it's made?
This defense is getting the ball thrown all over them. Kirby, why are you sitting in a zone with no pressure? These receivers are ALL playing on Sundays. They know what the zone is. You have to attack and put pressure on him. He will not beat Ga by running the ball.
@SmartsTheMan, the refs didn’t call it because the o-line wouldn't move when they jumped, like they should of.

I really didn't think ga would win. They can't stop the pass. Jones will throw for over 400 yards. Burrow anyone? If they can't get a 3 and out on defense, they will eventually get tired. Ga just doesn't have the play making ability at qb. Someone that can SEE the field

Edit**** I meant 500 yards. They can't match up with these receivers. How many more teams throw the ball this much? Florida, Miss St.? Easily can be 2 losses.

Need a QB. Bennett's got courage but just not enough talent. And enough about the refs - DB's just can't cover the Bama WR's. Without a pass rush the defense can't stop the pass.
How do we out recruit the refs?
so hate to admit this but they are just better than we are. Until we get an elite QB and better WRs we will never compete with AL and Clemson no matter how good our D is. It’s official...a good O will always beat a good D. Wake up Kirby!!
