How do you let a team move 44 yards in 23 seconds? Really. I see Kirby is up to his old ways.

Why call a time out when the kicker has to get out there and line up? That time out allows them to catch their breath and relax and nail it. How many times have you watched a coach call time out and it's kicked and missed and then on the 2nd attempt, it's made?

This defense is getting the ball thrown all over them. Kirby, why are you sitting in a zone with no pressure? These receivers are ALL playing on Sundays. They know what the zone is. You have to attack and put pressure on him. He will not beat Ga by running the ball.

@SmartsTheMan, the refs didn’t call it because the o-line wouldn't move when they jumped, like they should of.

This 1st drive of the 2nd half will see who has made the adjustments.

So is Burton going to be the next Landers? Dropped a 1st down.

No holding on Ala receivers on a screen.

I really didn't think ga would win. They can't stop the pass. Jones will throw for over 400 yards. Burrow anyone? If they can't get a 3 and out on defense, they will eventually get tired. Ga just doesn't have the play making ability at qb. Someone that can SEE the field

Waddle just got away with pulling our DB down on that TD catch. We're still playing Alabama and the officials.

Edit**** I meant 500 yards. They can't match up with these receivers. How many more teams throw the ball this much? Florida, Miss St.? Easily can be 2 losses.

    Sarkisian > Kirby.

That pass interference is complete BS. Georgia can't beat the officials.

Not playing the ref card....... but come on!

The fact that Bama hasn’t held all game or picked on those over the middle routes or done any pi on our wr ‘s seems awful coincidental when that call emerges out of thin air!

    come on!

    go dawgs!!

Need a QB. Bennett's got courage but just not enough talent. And enough about the refs - DB's just can't cover the Bama WR's. Without a pass rush the defense can't stop the pass.

How do we out recruit the refs?

so hate to admit this but they are just better than we are. Until we get an elite QB and better WRs we will never compete with AL and Clemson no matter how good our D is. It’s official...a good O will always beat a good D. Wake up Kirby!!

No one really believed that Stetston Bennett was the answer did we?

We only play one half a game. We used our one half early.

    Can’t win with 3 INT

Even when he makes a completion he’s inaccurate

need to get JT some reps

How bad does JT have to be not to even get a look? Fromm screwed up leaving early. He could have flourished in this offense rather than not even suiting up for Buffalo.

I just want to say, Bama is extremely beatable. I love our defense! If the Refs called even, game would be much different. Enjoy Bama! When we meet in Atlanta in a couple months the story will be much different.

Milton average 7 yards a carry and only got 6 touches.

Definitely a slugfest and I want to commend Georgia on a valiant effort.

Unfortunately (as we'll see from the next 2 weeks of negativity and end-of-the-world comments), the difference between Georgia and Alabama is the QB. Bennett did an impressive job, but this is type of game where you either have an NFL QB or you don't. We didn't, so we are at our limit. We are absolutely a Top 10 team, but we cannot win against Bama nor Clemson. It's just not possible given their offensive talents.

Height may be overrated at QB, but you can't win again and have every pass in the middle battled down and you have to make the big pass pass plays and while Bennett was VERY impressive (all things considered) but he has hit his limit.

Bama hit every-single-pass while we missed a bunch of critical passes and the INTs killed us.

We are so close, but need a change or going to Atlanta won't even matter as we'll lose in the rematch and lose in the playoffs should we get that far. Despite Bennett doing everything he could, we have to give JT a chance to play or that's as far as we go.
