Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Your fear is warranted, but I would rather have a "bullpen" game with Charley Morton starting than otherwise.
Soler tested positive for Covid, so he’s out today. Heredia going in and Swanson to lead off.
I don't think Soler is a big loss, but obviously having a player test positive at this critical time is alarming.
Giving the off topic crowd an opening, I had a full blown bout of covid that started 4 weeks ago. I'm still having some chest pain. If I hadn't been vaccinated who knows how bad it might have been.
Yeah, Soler is 1 for 11 this postseason (small sample size, but not inspiring so far). If Heredia can get 1 hit, or even a sac fly RBI, he'll outpace Soler. Soler is nice for his power though.
Glad you've made it through the tough part of covid. I recently had it, right when the college football season was starting.
I'm feeling stronger by the day. The only issue is I'll have to see a cardiologist if I'm still having chest pain when I get back from vacation on the 25th. It's likely just inflamation of the outer lining of my lungs, but I'm told I'll need tests if it persists.
Now, back to the subject at hand..GO BRAVES !.
Great work by Morton to get out of a 1st and 2nd with no outs jam in the 1st. The bare handed grab and throw out by Riley at 3rd was a big time play as well, it takes a pro to make that play.
A lesser pitcher could have let that inning get away from him. Morton showed what a veteran he is.
Morton at 36 pitches thru 2, will he complete 4 innings?
That is why I am glad he got the start!
Go Braves!
Think so. Less stress pitches in the second
Duvall needs to go to baserunning school.
How in hell did that call stand ? Everybody in the stadium and watching on tv saw the ball hit the ground.
Go Braves!
Apparently they ruled it non - reviewable . Bogus!
MLB has needed reforms for a long time. Umps shouldn't be calling balls and strikes and every play should be reviewable.
