This was a Very good and Very Important win for our Dawgs !!
That's because of kirbys prevent defense. I just believe so much In T.O.P. hurts if you keep your defense on the field. This drive by UK late in the 4th qtr, reminds me of the Florida game. When UF had a 8 min drive to go down by 7. If UGA doesnt pick up the 1st down, I think UF goes right back down and scores again. I know this game isn't close enough to matter, but it risks getting possible injuries. AND EVERYONE KNOWS UGA CAN'T AFFORD ANYMORE.
But on a side note, maybe it was design, but the front the UK o-line has surely seemed to play better than the d-line.
Just lost respect for Stoops, calling timeout with 3 seconds left. SMH.
15 minute T.O.P and over 20 less plays. Kirby was wondering why Carter was frustrated at the end? Because he left them on the field for almost 20 plays and 12 minutes. That is an absolute embarrassment, by the coaching staff on defense. Kirby must hate success and having a great defense, he just set them up. Over 12 minutes on that last drive, just can't believe it. The only good thing, is the off week next week.
I know the game was already decided, but way allow that to happen? How about UGA be the team to eat up the clock on a drive like that.
Kentucky scoring at the end was a slap in the face. That score is on our coaches. We shoulda kept them out.
You do not slap an opposing player in the face leading by 17 pts with game over. And it was a lousy performance by supposed great D letting them score end of game as UGA so often does!!!! That is on Smart. UGA needs the time off. This was a must win and they got it but it was not that pretty. KY came to play.
