Exactly, guess he didn't "love the game" anymore. Just because you can stay and play doesn't mean you should. Thanks for making my point. See what I mean about your lack of reading comprehension? Did you go to UF or Auburn where reading comprehension doesn't matter?

woulda coulda shoulda. Means nothing. Just saying that, in other games, a play like the SBIV "fumble" would be capitalized on and possibly open the floodgates. There were often instances of weird things that caused UGA to lose. NSmith failing to pick up the BYoung fumble on 12/4 2nd Q vs AL. The Fromm INT vs AL that doinked off an OL head. The "offsides" (that wasn't) vs AL on the blocked punt (that was).. The loss to SC Jr (2011) where SC had a pick 6, a scoop and score AND a 68 yard fake kick TD ALL IN THE SAME GAME. The SC loss in '19 w/ minus 4 turnovers (incl pick 6) missed FG and dropped pass in OT loss. If you don't think it was extremely fortuitous for SBIV to fall on his own fumble, recover his own bobbled snap at the 1, FR AL WR dropping a perfect pass inside the 5 or inexperienced AL CB's getting 2 PI penalties and being outmuscled for a 40 yd TD then you haven't watched a lot of previous UGA games. Those plays won this game along with a D that forced 5 FG attempts. Very rare for AL but AL struggled vs AU (when JWilliams was ejected) too
