- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Loser student body, no babes. Hard to overcome
I don’t know where “hot girls” on campus ranks in regards to prospects choosing a school…but it’s probably between NIL money and great facilities.
So Ga Tech is definitely at a huge disadvantage
Another reason Nebraska was so elite at the time is that they were light years ahead of everyone in their strength and conditioning program.
Perfect example vs Miami in the Natty game. When other teams caught on they were done. Actually a documentary about it.
Can they ever return to relevance with their challenges? Does Gary Patterson have the cache to pull players to Nebraska even with being an obviously great coach?
I’ve heard their NIL is not bad. I almost think they would need some super wealthy boosters bought in to the program to return to relevance.
From what I know is true!
Nebraska has one of the Top 15 booster programs in the country! Not as affluent as Oklahoma or Oklahoma State, but excellent envolvement and by the way, deep prockets .
If they wanted to, they could make huge changes to their program! First step, bring in a Big name, who has huge aspirations and has a plan to win!
Take care of your players and give them the opportunity to gain a great experience with a great education. It matters, maybe they will figure it out!, hopefully they do!
Just wow……!!
Nebraska has no rivals for sports entertainment in the state , or any entertainment in the state for that matter, I work for a Co based there. Most loyal fans this side of Carolina Chickens and lots of $ , see the first point.
if they want to turn it around - bring on Corch Irvin Meyers
He would never take that job.

I think his time his done.
I remember those days. Nebraska would take the corn fed farm boys and pump em full of steroids for 2-3 years and turn them into all American offensive linemen! Amazing how far they fell when ncaa started testing for steroids!
Yes but not a Nebraska.
I think of him ALL THE TIME. That guy can friggin coach. Also great at identifying talent. Sadly as Tex said, things have only gotten worse on the stress side of things across the board, let alone delusional Nebraska
Go with Coach Patterson and use the same formula Stoops has used at Kentucky. Mid level power 5 school and 5th year senior letterman go hand in hand.
He is too good for the gumbies!
I got one, Paul Johnson Jr!!!
Other than that, Dan Mullen, he hates recruiting and they don't care about that anyways! Match made in heaven! Can I get an AMEN!!!
Interesting thought. Maybe Nebraska needs to go back to the triple option.
