Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

@swilkerson7317 That's true. In a short series anything can happen. And win-loss records don't guarantee championships. Performance does.

Anyone want to contribute to a GoFundMe to buy a bus ticket out of town for Chirinos? I sincerely hope I don't have to see him on the mound again - ever. Don't understand why they don't just bring up one of their younger guys and let him get some experience. It's not like we are going to win every game. Maybe Soroka? Anyone? Tom Glavine was something like 2 and 500 his first year. Just needed some experience. I mean, it's not like we are in a tight pennant race where every game is of massive importance. I'd rather take an L with a promising youngster than this Chirinos character.
I am sure am glad that I was able to light a fire under Ozuna and Rosario, ironic after Rosario s homerun that 1st batter up for Giants was Comargo who I compared Rosario s swing to when he goes in his slumps. lol
those two are red-hot. Thanks for your work with them. Feel free to remind them if they ever seem to be slowing down.
That was a great comeback. Eddie Rosario the hero with a homerun following a single by Ozuna, in the bottom of the eighth to take a 6-5 lead. That homerun was no slouch, a 441-foot blast over the center field wall. Hit on the first pitch and similar to Wade's homerun for the Giants on the very first pitch of the game.
And that pitcher Rodgers for the Giants, a rare submariner. Throws a 73 mph slider and an 84 mph sinker, but giving our Braves hitters fits inducing ground outs and strikeouts by the first five hitters he faced.
He was cruising to a save until he faced Ozuna and Rosario. Boom!
