GO Braves!!! Go Dawgs!!! 😎
Oonly consolation from this season is those lousy stinking Mets also missed the playoffs.
Yes indeed. They had the best record in baseball the first two months.
Epic collapse.
at least the Braves didn't collapse. They were consistently mediocre and disappointing and frustrating.
Our Braves hung in there and battled back through three 7 game losing streaks, injuries, being mediocre and still had a 10-game winning streak and finish -10 under .500. GO BRAVES to rise up for 2026 to take it back. 😎
I like how you think!!
Go Braves!
Snit announced his retirement. The search is on. Any takers? Suggestions for new manager? Any nominations for strength coach? Don't be shy. There have been plenty of advice givers. Here is your chance.
Interesting. I see Snit is staying on board too. Have they announced the new manager must have ties to Bobby or Snit yet?
I think David Ross or Walt Weiss would be my first two options…..maybe kick the tires with Mark DeRosa
Someone with Braves ties who know the Braves way!
I like David Ross for the job. I'd be ok with Walt Weiss too. Whoever becomes manager is getting a loaded roster. Two ROY winners in the last 4 years (counting Baldwin), Acuna and Albies still thrill, HS Kim, a full season of Profar, and, Olson and Riley goig real deep on the regular with DH Sean Murphy. Stand back! They start the season with a top 5 rotation. What's not to like?
I like the idea of Ross - an accomplished player/catcher and knows the Braves organization.
Bum
I haven't seen anything about having ties to Bobby or Snit - yet. Ross would check that box.
I'm hoping we don't go that direction though. Give me Pat Murphy. Guy doesn't even have time for sit down meals during the season, grabs pocket quesadillas and pancakes in the dugout. Scrappy team, amazing to me what they accomplished in Milwaukee with that roster. We need that scrap, we have no shortage of ability.
Is he available? If so, why? Is/was he their mgr?
We would have to buy him away I'm sure. He's at the top of his game right now.
