@railroadtrack1 Yes, UGA beat Michigan in 2021 and Ohio State in 2022 … with teams that would beat the current UGA team by 2-3 TDs. No Ladd McConkey, Brock Bowers, James Cook, Kenny McIntosh or Darnell Washington catching or running the ball on this UGA team. Yes, all of those guys would start this year and put up better numbers than anyone that UGA currently has at those positions now. And we are not even going to talk about an OL that had about 7 future NFL starters. Guys who were backups behind future NFL starters in 2022 like Amarius Mims and Jared Wilson are now starting in the NFL themselves. And that is offense. UGA had the #1 defense in 2021 and #5 in 2022. They are #11 this year. Look at the personnel and you will know why.

Just as UGA won't be playing the 2025 Ohio State team this year, Ohio State certainly won't be playing the 2022 UGA team this year.

The long layoff hurt us last year. We were way underdone vs. Notre Dame. You can bet CKS will not allow that to happen again.

his mind will still be divided between his current job and his previous job. He’s a good play caller, but without Lane running the show…that offense loses some bite.

i wonder if it was the long layoff or trying to make Gunner play like Carson Beck, a couple of silly turnovers, special teams mistakes, a bombing in New Orleans delaying the game, and Kirby’s dad dying that week that might’ve had more to do with it than a long layoff.

Imo....it was a combination of all of it. Just, not their time, last year. I don't believe it's any more complicated than that. Even if Beck played, they weren't "ready". I'm not sure UGA ever did, get their feet under em, last year.

    BUT....This year....is not last year.

This UGA Team, looks as good as....or better than, the ''21 or 22 Team. Just because of, the depth of quality talent, on BOTH sides of the ball.

They're gonna have to clean up the Dawgs opposition to the Natty....with a broom and vacuum cleaner.

Lol....this is a hungry UGA Team....connected and playing "together", like a Championship Team. Indestructible...from here on out.

Indiana first time #1. First time Heisman winner and all the distractions. Never seen a team that’s never been #1 get to #1 and win. I have seen more Heisman winners have bad bowl games than good games. Everyone is saying all Big10 championship. Saw someone on tv say well NotreDame beat Georgia last year. I am thinking and yea we beat them in 1981 too. What’s that even mean. I keep hearing all these well this team beat that team and that team played this team close. You can’t compare scores it doesn’t work like that. It’s like listening to a bunch of Colorado fans who think retiring two guys jerseys the same year they are playing makes sense not to mention what did they do exactly. I get it one won the Heisman but was team even good. No. We should treat the ACC like a group of five conference I guess it would be group of six. I am not even sure what group of 5 stands for or if I am even saying that right. Try explaining what constitutes a pass completion and an incomplete pass to a woman.

I realized I have no clue what constitutes a TD pass vs an incomplete pass vs sideline pass vs a regular pass. My wife told me that. She said they are different.

Two steps use to be a football move then it was 2-1/2 steps now it’s 2 steps and if the third step is out of the frame of the body now that’s a football move. Transferring the ball to the left to the right back to the left now that’s a football move. Most juking is a football move. The ground depending on ball contact can cause a fumble. In the endzone if you possess the ball longer then the catch now that’s a TD. If you catch the ball (refer back to page 4 diagram 3iii which then refers you back to page 4 top bottom right corner) that picture is a catch. Now let me explain this playoff bracket to you.

Any of these top 10 teams are capable of knocking off the other if they don't play their best. Turnovers and execution are always the deciding factors. GATA!!!

So why did OH St. 100% lose to IN ? I guess the downfield “need to” button was broken.

@osmosiphobe Brother he’s been trolling the Dawgs for the better part of the year. All the you MUST be able to throw deep when you Need to stuff. Dawgs lost one game by three points I won’t go into all the coulda, shoulda, woulda stuff, I think our Dawgs got more than sufficient revenge.

The thing is our young but very talented defense is Now a very talented and Experienced defense. And for the last quite a few games you Don’t hear the pregame experts saying Gunner needs to be effective throwing downfield. No they usually warn rival teams that Gunner is another RB who can throw the ball whose Legs need to be accounted for.

The beautiful Deep passes are what will keep Gunner from winning the Heisman but picking up first downs and getting the ball to the right playmaker he’s been Very efficient.

I’m Not trying to explain to you as you already know I’m explaining to the “random” guy that spends Allot of time here Trolling the Dawgs in what he thinks is a subtle way.

The Dawgs Will win based on a Now elite Defense, a group of very good RBs, Gunner making complimentary passes and at the right time using His legs. Behind a Now very good O Line.

Simpson and Bama likes to throw deep but because he was either being sacked, harried, or right up in his face on most plays he couldn’t get Time to throw deep. So he had to settle for short to intermediate passes in most cases where the Dawgs DBs either stopped it or kept them limited.

Kirby said that Bowens is OK and notice that R. Robinson is back so the Dawgs will be loaded up at RB. Drew Bobo might be back at Center but Tolliver did a very capable job on a Big stage so we’ll still be in good shape.

I believe that the Dawgs have Every bit as much ability to win it All as Any other team. In all honesty even had they skimped past ND last year some how, going forward would have been very Iffy. Gunner just didn’t have the experience and confidence yet and the Team was just so beat up and weary. That’s not the case this year.

Oh and if Any of the big had to run the SEC gauntlet they’d be fortunate to make the playoffs less alone win the Natty. Yeah they play beat up and mangled SEC teams post season win and commence chest thumping after Their season of cupcakes and one maybe two fairly decent teams.

Theres a Reason ( Allot of Em) that the NFL loads their rosters with former SEC players.

I see either a UGA vs Bama rematch....or UGA vs Oklahoma defensive battle....in our future.

All SEC, once again. As it should be. Lol

The BIG10 can't talk their way, into a win, anymore. And, Notre Dame can't talk their way into a Championship Game, either.

Times have changed....And, these are some tough & weathered SEC Teams that have been tempered to trench warfare...all year long. Imo.

And UGA is the leader of em all. If you can't beat the Bulldog's SEC minions! Don't come knockin' on their Dawghouse, behind the hedges. You don't want that fight. Lol

OSU and Indiana won't know what hit em. Lol
