Shame on you to whose to said he’s drunk. His “crimes” were 1) he smirked and 2) he didn’t move far enough. Apparently police resources and our taxes are best used to protect police ego 🤷🏻♂️

Dude was signing autographs for fans all afternoon in Sanford and helping with recruiting. Obstructing the sidewalk?? He’s 5’10” and 180lbs soaking wet. Probably just there talking to fans and got arrested for smirking and didn’t move far enough. Shame on ACCPD.

I am all about respecting LEOs.
That being said, the oddest and perhaps most telling piece of this is putting "he smirked" In the report. He moved, maybe not quite enough, but that dang smirk cannot be tolerated. On the surface it makes it seem like the LEO got a bruised ego. Is there any other reason to add that tidbit?
