In case you were in the minority group thinking that we had a shot to get him Wednesday, time to move on. Just saw that Walthour is confirmed to be signing with us now. We waren’t going to take Walthour and Sandidge. So we are locked in with Davis and Walthour for this class at D-tackle.

Hypothetically, couldn't Davis have decided to go elsewhere?
Unless all parties are also aware that he is Juco bound. Another option is that all other parties have informed the staff that they are signing elsewhere, meaning that three defensive tackles would be a possibility

Hey guys! @jtdawg2020 is Marty McFly and went to the future and saw that Sandidge didn't sign with Georgia! What else is going to happen on NSD, Marty?
I'm not going to count anything out until NSD is over. Wilson, last year, wasn't supposed to land with Georgia, but he committed and that was a surprise. Walthour was going to sign with Georgia regardless. If anything, Georgia could end up with Walthour and Sandidge. How bout that, Marty?
Sandidge made up his mind Saturday and he and the family did not discuss yesterday. He is due to let the coaches know today. I will still take a wait and see approach.
Don't think Walthour's signing means Sandidge is S. Car. bound, we could still be taking him and possibly Davis. Glad to see another Liberty County kid going to play with Dawgs.

@DawgsofWar I hear ya Big Dawg. My confidence about Campbell stems from the vibes Sentell has tossed our way (same vibes in the past which meant we had a lock). However, you are completely correct in that nothing is ever for certain.

Didn't the dead period start last night? Even if Sandidge did let our coaches know he's going to SC, they couldn't contact Walthour to let him know anything, right?
What's the big deal....of course he is set to sign with UGA, he's committed...doesn't mean he will have a spot on Wed...sounds bad, but this is the new reality of recruiting
Alot of people said that Walthour was a sure signing for Georgia. He was going to sign his LoI no matter what. He just didn't do it in December.
It probably depends on whose heart and who's giving the head.
If we strung him along till signing day it wouldn't just look bad, it would BE bad.
Hopefully things will be settled today.
