Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

If you're talking about Evans Facebook then that is not in anyway official.
According to A&M's academic calendar he has until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow to enroll in classes for spring semester.
I don't think @SoFL_Dawg would say their is chatter if Evans was actually enrolled.
It seems more like Evans is trolling A&M rather than actually on campus taking classes.
Jeff predicted this early on when he said it would go to the very end and you would never know where ZE would end up until he “finally” signed in NSD. Don’t think he anticipated ZE signed more than once, but he said all along he had never seen anything like this recruitment.
But. But. But Twitter said otherwise!
LMAO!!!
Ya'll, (@SoFL_Dawg and @JeffSentell mostly) are the Dawgs seriously looking at Chase Brice? If so, why? Is Mathis out? Is the Mailman going to deliver elsewhere? How can we "afford" Brice and Beck all whilst chasing 2021 studs? I can see Brock and Caleb coming if only one of those two is around, but if both are?
Doesn't make sense. If this ^^ is what happened, Evans would be a non-person to UGA. No way the Jose he would get a re-look. So,.......
.... wait for it ......
SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENED!!! To re-state the obvious: Would be happy to see him on-board. He either will be spectacular or he will be gone. He'll be spectacular because of his talent, or will be gone because he doesn't fit in.
There was mutual interest with Brice. There has been chatter that UGA would take both as Brice has 2 years left. I don’t see that happening though.
Regarding Mathis, there’s chatter he’ll be cleared by spring. He’s going to play again here, or somewhere else. That’s a safe bet.
Regarding Bennett, it is what it is. He’s not a SEC starting QB. Hopefully he sticks around but if he doesn’t, we wish him well.
Staff will take a QB annually, they’ve proven that. First one to say yes between BV and CW will be in. Safe bet is BV saying yes publicly, sooner vs. later.
You can't sign more than once. His next move is showing up for class somewhere between now and Fall semester. Anything he says before that doesn't mean a thing.
No. Would like an explanation, though. I'm going beddy-bye soon.
I heard about the Evan's chatter yesterday and asked sofl about it earlier this morning, its there but as he said it's nothing to get worked up about.
I heard D’Wan is out
With friends?
On the town?
Doing football drills?
Of chicken and waffles?
Like he is gone.
Just what I heard.
We are still in contact with Malik Hornsby.
This raises a question for me that I’m hopeful someone with a great medical background can answer. How can DWan ever really be cleared to play again? The guy had a portion of his brain removed. I can’t fathom how he could ever step back out there and play such an intensively, physical contact sport like this having suffered such a brain injury and the removal of a portion. I’m not asking from the perspective of whether it’s physically possible for him to walk back on the field and play the game. I’m sure that’s possible. I’m asking from a long term safety perspective for his well being. The whiplash from a tackle to the back, the pop from hitting his head on the field? How can he withstand the constant impacts he would take? In Ron Courson he has probably the best athletic trainer in college football so I trust him above all else. The man is an amazing person, but I just worry about DWan and how high that risk has to be.
