Well two of your examples are kickers who are not rated higher than 3⭐️s in the general rankings. The special teams specific rankings had Camero (trying that nickname out this week) as a 5⭐️

Stokes being fastest in game speed is subjective, as well as crumpton being quickest.

I really don’t know if David has the highest lifting totals but that by no means translated to best Dlineman.

If you would like to trade out our5⭐️s for lesser ranked guys, that’s on you.

Gun to my head I think I would actually take Mecole for fastest game speed. A couple other guys might post better laser times though.

Yet Mecole said Godwin... who was a 5 star (wait that doesn’t fit the narrative... let pretend he was a 2 star...)

Crumpton had to play juco first, so, I guess it was either grades, or other coaches felt the same.
Davis has promise, but didn’t do many exposure camps which allows them to match up against other studs.

Punters/kickers are never ranked very high.

According to your post, would you rather trade rosters with ga tech? They are primarily made up of 2-3 Stars?

I don’t understand your point other than you obviously don’t care about rankings.

I think Hardman is our quickest player. He might be our fastest as well, at least football speed wise.
He beats defenders who have position to tackle him with his after burners.

Stokes does have good straight line speed, but I agree, I wouldn’t take anyone in the sec over hardeman, Godwin, and d rob

Would love to see an all out foot race between:
    1. Mecole Hardman
    2. Demetrius Robinson
    3. Tyson Campbell
    4. Eric Stokes
    5. Terry Godwin
    6. Ahkil Crumpton

    SPEED, SPEED, SPEED!!!

Who else is fast enough to hang with these???

  • Hardman would be my 1a on speed and quickness. This is a really nice discussion to have because we have so much speed. Rankings be
    D a M n e d

Bush is supposed to be pretty fast also. But that Hardman TD was stunning. That guy is a gazelle. Nobody is ever going to catch him from behind. He looked like Carl Lewis running away from the pack.

i think he runs a 4.4 which is blazing for a 6'5 guy but we have a couple dudes now who would outrun him.

Cook may equal him on quickness. Not sure on top end. I think definitely on change of direction
